Not much to say. It's totally fine. Does that mean it should be 5 stars? 3? I couldn't decide. Doesn't seem like there's too much better or worse a plastic wall plate could be. However, I need it, and it does what it's meant to do. It covers up the screw holes from my old thermostat and makes the install look a lot cleaner. Seems like maybe Nest could just include a small wall plate. Anyway, that's not the seller of this item's fault.
