Great headset
The Jabra Evolve2 75 is a premium headset aimed at professionals, and it largely delivers on that promise. Here's a breakdown: What's great: * Excellent sound quality: Both for calls and music, the sound is clear, balanced, and rich. The noise cancellation is top-notch, effectively blocking out distractions in busy environments. This is crucial for both focusing on work and ensuring clear communication on calls. * Comfort: The headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods. The earcups are plush and don't cause pressure, even after several hours of use. * Connectivity: It connects seamlessly via Bluetooth and also comes with a USB dongle for a more stable connection. Multipoint connectivity is a huge plus, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously (e.g., your computer and your phone). * Battery life: The battery life is impressive, easily lasting a full workday on a single charge. * Build quality: The headset feels well-made and durable. It's clear that Jabra has focused on quality materials. Things to consider: * Price: This is a premium headset with a premium price tag. It's definitely an investment. * Microphone boom arm: While the microphone quality is excellent, the boom arm isn't as flexible as some might prefer. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's worth noting. Overall: The Jabra Evolve2 75 is a fantastic headset for professionals who need excellent sound quality, noise cancellation, comfort, and connectivity. It's a great choice for those who spend a lot of time on calls or need to focus in noisy environments. While the price is high, the performance and features generally justify the cost. If you're looking for a top-of-the-line headset and are willing to pay for it, the Evolve2 75 is definitely worth considering.

Excellent but *only* on the newest firmware!
I had owned a set of Jabra Evolve 65 since 2020, and they were fantastic sound quality and comfortable wearing 8 or more hours per day. So when that set started to physically deteriorate after 3.5 years intensive daily use (cracked band, ear pad leather coming away) - getting another set of Jabra was a no brainer for me. I chose the Evolve2 75 as a bit of an upgrade and immediately loved the look of them, the comfort when wearing and the audio quality for listening. However, I was close to sending them back because my colleagues were complaining that with my new headset I sounded very faint and muffled. Didn’t matter what noise cancelling settings or mic sensitivity settings I used on the headset or in Teams. Was the same both Bluetooth to the laptop or phone or using the Link380 USB dongle. In an act of desperation I unplugged the dongle, turned off Bluetooth on the laptop and connected the headset to the laptop via USB cable and the microphone quality issues were immediately gone. Now confident it wasn’t a design flaw or failed component, I installed the Jabra Sound+ app on my phone, was prompted for and installed the 1.8.13 firmware (dated November 15, 2022). I then installed Jabra Direct on my laptop, connected tbe dongle and upgraded the dongle firmware to the same 1.8.13 version. The microphone sound quality issues are now completely gone over Bluetooth and via the dongle. Just goes to show the headset had been in a warehouse for nearly a year (or Jabra are slow to update their manufacturing process to newer firmware versions).

Great for home office meetings
A really good set of headphones, crystal clear and great Microsoft teams features.really comfortable over the ear for wearing hours on end. Lost a star for the fact that you need to buy a separate charging stand dock (it does come with a charging cable but the dock is what you would expect to be included at that price and much more useful), also whilst the mic does reduce external noise interference it is not perfect and people can sometimes hear my dog barking from downstairs.

Not recommended. This is the worst headset Jabra has made to date
I've been using the Jabra Evolve 65 since 2018, and I had no issues with it, it works perfectly when connected through direct Bluetooth, the Link-380 dongle, or the USB cable. No issues in connecting to any platform (phones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles). The only thing was the comfort, as it has small ear pieces, it can get a bit uncomfy if you spend hours using it (which in my case, pretty much the daily practice). So after 5 years, I thought I'd treat myself and get the so-called upgraded version (Evolve2 75), what a piece of junk!! In terms of design, it's bulky, heavy and the mic arm is short and points to your nose rather than your mouth! However, the worst part is the connectivity, it started when people were complaining that they can't hear me properly, that my voice is crackly or very faint! That problem seemed to go away if I connect the headset to the laptop via USB cable! However, if I connect through direct Bluetooth or through the dongle, then people report that my audio quality is poor. Aparently this is a known issue, as I found many articles and Youtube videos reporting the same. I contacted Jabra support who have been very responsive so far, and they suggested a number of things (Firmware updates, factory reset) but none of them worked. I'm waiting to hear back from them on the next steps. For now I reverted back to using my old Evolve 65, which is still working without the slightest issue. If you're thinking of getting the Evolve2 75, then I don't recommend it. If you pay a little extra check out the Beats equivlant or if you really fancy a treat and having exta funds then go for a Bang & Olufsen.

Big $$ but yes, you get what you pay for. Fantastic quality & easy to use. The ANC has been awesome & the best I’ve tried. Definitely worth the purchase.
