Great customer service, sturdy product, a little overpriced
Customer Service:The ironing board showed up with one little hole in the top cover (see attached picture), and while it did not inhibit in anyway the functionality of the ironing board I thought I might email customer service to see if they could help. I tried going through Amazon but they were not able to help, only offering to return the ironing board entirely.I emailed [email protected] (found on a card in the box) a little after midnight on Jan 3rd (Friday). I got a response in 45 minutes from Koray Sapci. Koray asked for my addresses and offered to send me a new cover right away. I replied with my address, and Koray let me know I would have my replacement cover Monday. Come Monday I had my replacement cover! The best customer service experience I've had!Product:The product is well built, and incredibly sturdy. It's large enough to be able to do the entire back and shoulders of a dress shirt. At least one of the other reviewers had a problem with the shoulder wings (them falling down, or being misaligned with the main board) but I have had no such issues. There is slight misalignment but not so much that you can't iron over. The wire holder is very handy as it keeps the cable from rubbing against or moving whatever you are trying to iron. the platform is also great for the iron along with a spray bottle of starch. The hanger holder is relatively strong, but it does sag if you put around a dozen shirts on it.Overall:A very good product, perhaps overpriced, but excellent customer service!

The Tiffany of Ironing Boards
My ironing board from the 1960s finally fell apart. It traveled with me in the military to many locations. I loved it because it was so sturdy. Now we come to this purchase. After much research I was looking for an ironing board that was sturdy, not rickety, practical and would last for many years. What a wonderful product. Expensive? Yes. But worth every penny. Great ironing surface-shirts are a breeze to iron. Great elevation for those with back problems. The iron rest is wonderful (since my old board always knocked the iron off to the floor). The TV remote holder is also a great little feature. Comes with extra ironing board cover too. The little wings on the end are interesting and useful for shirt ironing. The cover also is just right allowing for a very smooth surface for ironing. It is a heavy item because of the construction-I have moved my ironing location to compensate for this. But of course I wanted a sturdy one-it is that. Well, I could go on. Try it, you'll love it. And if you have a problem, ( I did not) their wonderful customer service will take care of it right away. Lastly, you can show off your new purchase to friends and family and impress them on your purchase.

You get what you pay for and this ironing board is worth every penny.
I read some of the reviews good and the bad. But I don’t let that sway me when I’m looking for a product. I bought this because it was exactly what I was looking for. When it was delivered and I unpacked it I was waiting for the wings to have the nuts falling off like other reviews stated it did. The ironing board is very well made and is heavy. The wings makes it very easy to iron dress shirts as I do 3-4 times a week and makes it easy to do dress coats too. The cord holder is not as strong or I should say doesn’t stay in it’s place as it should. Not a deal breaker. The back part you can put your iron down and it has the drop down coat hanger holder which makes it convenient to hang you shirts. Also it has a remote holder which I thought was weird at first but I started to use it as I watched tv as I was ironing. But this ironing board is bigger than the norm. So it will need a bigger space to keep it in. I do recommend this ironing board and it will last you for a long time.

So far so good
We've been using the ironing board for a few weeks now and so far so good.PROS: large size board, clever winglet extenders for ironing shirts, iron rest, and cord stay. Great customer support. The installed board cover came with a cut on the edge and customer support promptly replied to my email and sent a replacement cover, no hassles. Much appreciated.CONS: I wish the tapered end was a little narrower, it's a little challenging to iron small items of clothing (i.e. small t-shirts or button-less tops - you have to stretch them out to slip over the end). Also, the iron board cover emits a harsh odor when ironing. I'm guessing it's residual manufacturing odor? I think it's going away but it was very strong early on. I stuffed the cover into a mesh bag and ran it through the dryer on lowest heat setting with a few wool dyer balls. Maybe the factory can include a step to off gas the odor before packaging?Coming from using a regular size ironing board, this is pretty impressive but takes a little getting used to. I'll try and remember to update in a few months!Update: Good news, the harsh odor from the cover has finally dissipated. It took about 3-4 weeks.

Raising and Lowing Ironing Board Is Problematic
The rod in the mechanism for raising and lowering the actual ironing surface has become overly bent. When purchasing products I spend time reading the reviews of others. My experience with this ironing board has been very inconsistent with those reported in the ratings. I’ve had this product for nearly 5 months but had problems from the beginning including those of raising/lowing the top. The legs of the product extend beyond the top so one needs to be careful and not trip over them. The cotton cover is barely wide enough. A pocket to hold a mobile phone is a useless feature making retrieving the phone more time consuming than just leaving it on a close surface. At the end of the board there is an unmovable iron holder with an unretractable rod for iron cord. So storing the ironing board requires a space with lots of height and width and some strength for lowering the board, checking/adjusting the “j” hook to confirm legs are secure, and moving the board to storage location. Unlike my ironing area perhaps if storage is not a problem one could leave the board in ready to go position. One good feature is the wings for ironing shirts. Today I discarded the most expensive ironing board I have ever purchased.
