Good mat but make my hand more sweaty

Highly recommend it. It's super well made, it doesn't stay kinked when you unroll it, it's long and heavy - perfect. You do have to do the salt prep to make sure your hands don't slip because they will! I couldn't be bothered even though it sounds like a very easy process. Instead I'm using a yoga blanket and it's just great. It feels like it will last forever.

I love this mat,,, the extra width and lenght make it so easy to do yoga, I teach and use this mat 4/5 times a week, holding up very well.. I clean it myself at home,, wipe down with homemade yoga mat cleaner. I reverse roll it roll up with the bottom on top, keeps the curl small and with opposite roll the ends are down when you unroll it... note this mat is heavy but I lug it around with a cotton yoga mat strap and carry on my shoulders.... Have had it for over a year and holding up really well.. Note, if you sweat a lot your going to slip. I have a mat towel I use so I do not slip.

I got this for Xmas and it is still one of my all time favorite presents. I recommend getting a longer one than your height. Mine is 16 inches longer than my height and it was a game changer not to have to always have attention on body parts getting off the mat during yoga. The grip is amazing on these. Not slippery at all.
