Very durable and a back saver
These shoe lifts are the best thing if you have an Aircast and that uneven feeling it causes. Keeps your back and hips even. They are height adjustable with inserts . The material is very durable and are the easiest to put your shoe in. The rubber construction is great for giving traction on slopes and for giving that ease of walking

Ingenious and incredibly effective
I used the chart to choose my size, and it fits well. It makes it *much* more comfortable to walk with my cast, and helps prevent sore spine and hips. I appreciate that one can choose different heights of foam to adapt different heights of soles of one's shoes. Very durable and easy to use. I tuck the top strap into the rubber loop (see picture) so that it's not waving around and getting in the way.

Balanced shoe height
It has made all the difference in my recovery! Now i’m not limping in my medical boot but rather now that my shoe heights are balanced-I’m just walking regularly!
