Fits well, not an awful struggle to get on, Compression is still effective 24 hours later.
Needed these to wear after a vein procedure in my legs. Nothing like this is ever going to be "comfortable" but as a fairly muscular guy it held good compression on my whole leg, stayed up even under jeans and was minimally irritating to my skin for something I had to wear 24 hours a day. WAY better than the one given to me by the surgeons, which is really all I have to compare this to as far as over the knee. Otherwise on par with my up to my knee compression socks and those things are $30 a pair. Great value, did what I needed them to do.

ACL Surgery Sock Replacement
I had ACL surgery and needed a new sock to exchange the one I had on from surgery. Since the old sock was dirty and not tight anymore. Ordered these and it was great. Very tight and material is very nice. Going from one hole for my toe to having all my toes out was a nice change. It also helped greatly with my swelling because it was so tight and soft! Loved it and definitely recommend!

These are great and even better with briefs… ladies please read this!
Having 6 procedures for leg vein issues and will be living in these for almost two months. I saw the reviews about the rash at the top of the leg because of the band and knew I had to do something different. I got women’s briefs (slightly longer than the boyshorts) and the band fits over that, no rubbing on my skin and it protected the upper incision area. The sizing, it’s challenging for sure, so I hope this helps some of you with measurements. Ankle 9.5, calf 16, thigh 22 I’m 5ft5. What ended up fitting was the XL. It’s tight, and some days my foot is more swollen so I also ordered an XXL and I’m so glad I did, for the days my leg or foot is swollen I use the XXL. It’s still a lot of compression without the tightness. When I don’t have any swelling issues I wear the XL. I have not had any issues from the band with it being over briefs. The other nice thing is no rubbing on the other leg when wearing a dress or sleeping in them. It will save your legs! Quality is good, I hand wash in cold water, hang to dry and they are holding up to a lot of wear. Very happy with these. I felt strongly about leaving a review in hopes of helping someone!

Bad and non existent compression hose
Not very often ( probably never) that I have left a bad review on a product. These are supposed to be medical grade compression hose. There is no compression around the foot at all and then the compression starts above the ankle.( The heel is exactly where it needs to be by the way) The compression around the calf is very tight and then about the knee area it stops and the thigh is very loose. No compression at all hardly and they feel like they are slipping down because they don’t come up high enough. I had a medical procedure where I do need the compression to be even throughout the leg and this doesn’t do it. I already put a hole in them because the material is also off. The hose doesn’t come up high enough on the thigh ( I’m 5’2” so short legs) I have a couple of other pairs that I’ve had for over four years and they are still in good condition. I had wanted to buy an extra pair so I could have time to wash and dry them in between. Do not waste your money on these.

Good quality
Easier to put on, especially with the RIIME store sock aid. Much better quality than what the hospital provided. Ordering another pair because he’s got to wear these for 6 months after knee surgery.

Works great for vericose vein pain
I had a superficial blood clot on one of my vericose veins and the ultrasound tech at the ER recommended these this high compression socks and they’re amazing! I didn’t have any pain, swelling, discomfort at all while wearing these! They’re pretty comfortable compared to most compression socks and I really like the sticky band really helps them not slide down as much and makes moving around easier! Out of the whole day I maybe had to adjust them twice.
