Q: Does this come with a stand or holder?

No stand. I didn't think that would be a problem, but it turned out that, for me at least, it was. I ended up buying a really nice WDT tool, with stand, from 3dArash on Etsy.

Q: Are the needles really 0.3mm or is it the larger 0.4mm? I'm looking for something smaller than 0.4mm but no text in description confirms the title

0.3mm. Measured them with Mitutoyo digital calipers.

Q: Is this the V2 that has the magnet in the handle?

The one I received has the magnet in the handle.
