I bought this for bar exercise at home. Well made and very sturdy however the mounting brackets are off for stud mounting. No problem, just put a nice board plank on the wall first that IS screwed into the studs.

Bought this for use in my home dance studio and it was the perfect addition to the room.

The media could not be loaded. This is one of those times where the product finishes and quality are good but it came with limited instructions. I thought I like puzzles and I could figure it out. But what I found was either I had two left wall mounts or two right wall mounts so I had to turn one upside down to make it work. It also didn't come with that plastic insert for the screws to mount to the wall. So on one side I drilled into the wall stud but the other end is just in drywall, and I feel it is less secure.All in all, it will do the job but they need add instructions (even if just online instructions) and that plastic wall screw mount.

I had my husband put together a ballet bar station in our house, using a big, old mirror we had. He chose this bar and I love it. I appreciate that it's adjustable as she is already grown taller since installing it. Highly recommend!

Additional hardware not sold. Bar is excellent! Design is great adjustable, heavy duty, functionality good.I will try reaching out to manufactor for additional hardware.

The product would have been great if I was able to use it. I'm not sure if it was the old house I live in, but the studs were not correct to use this. It would work great on a solid wall though.

The metal adjusters are slightly uneven in length, causing misalignment.

My wife loves this bar. I like that it drops down flat against the wall to save space. Reservations. First off it is not eight feet not even close more like 9.5 feet. Luckily the wall was long enough. Also, some issues with fitting. I am a woodworker so used to following dimensions. I followed their dimensions rigorously but still had to make some adjustments as the bar was too long to fit the brackets. Only around 1/16 to to1/8 but enough to be a problem. As the poles are rebated/recessed into the metal support fittings you can't simply cut them shorter to fit. I shaved a little off the rebates each end by rotating the poles in a miter saw. After that no problem. Also, the supplied fixings (huge lag bolts and enormous expanding concrete bolts) are not fit for purpose. OK if every attachment point hits a stud (yeah right) or you have a concrete or block wall. In the latter case, you have twelve big holes to drill in masonry. Can be done but a lot of work. And way over the top for this application. In my case I had a stud wall but not surprisingly the studs did not align with the bracket locations. I made a batten I could fix to the studs and attached the brackets with 5/16 bolts to the batten.
