Works on automotive 12v Power!
Used this pump to actuate an original vacuum trunk lock for a 1970 Dodge Charger. Note that when you turn power off the unit, it will not release or bleed vacuum. For my application I needed to turn on the pump for exactly 2 seconds and release/bleed the vacuum. With the help of a timed relay and solenoid air valve (both 12v) I was able to get exactly what I needed.

Excellent to start the flow of a overflow box for aquarium
Much cheaper than using the mini vacuum from other brands. Only need to use for a few seconds but it does what I intended to use it for at low cost.

bad connection points
The in and out connections are tapperred. This makes it hard to get a good connection that wont come loose. Very little room between the in and out to get a hose clamp on it.

Excellent little PDP for air or water
Excellent little pump. Tested at 12Vdc with pump a few inches above water source, discharging horizontally at about 850ml/min. Draws a powerful air vacuum as well, but didn’t measure.
