Hi I'm having trouble downloading the software has anyone found a fix?

You need to open it with winrar

Does this work with windows 11?

Yes, this does work with Windows 11 - I am running it on my machine without any technical problems. The only downside is that display has lots of typos, e.g. mine says 'tempature' - could be just the theme I've chosen, but worth pointing out that it does run and does the job, but with its own quirks.
