I purchased this to take on vacation so we can charge our apple mobile phones and ipads in 1 spot. Works as expected. No issues for our devices plus it has 8 ac outlets. The unit has 3 usb ports and 1 usbc-c port. I like the size and shape for carrying along and the price I paid seemed fair for everything you get.

Thank goodness for this little gem. I had my cell phone plugged in one of 3 USB ports and my computer plugged into a standard plug and BOOM!!! Lightening Strike!! It blew out my refrigerator and a small TV, but my electronics were safe!!! WOW! There are 8 standard plug-in ports, 3 standard USB and one USB-C port ! The size is good and the six foot cord is handy for travel, when plugs can be rare. The flat-to-the-wall slanted, three prong power plug is convenient. I dont think the unit has any effect on charging speed or function of anything plugged into it. What I DO know is that I would not have a computer or a cell phone without that surge protection! I also appreciate that the switch lights up (red) to show you that it is functioning. If you wish to mount it to the wall, there are spaces on the back to mount with screws, not included. It will sit flat on a tabletop as well. I like that the cord itself is plastic-coated and not cloth wrapped, which is hard to clean. The previous incarnation had four standard USB ports and no USB-C port, so I like the change!

This was to replace a power strip, the power strip was no longer holding the plugs. It is excellent and has plenty of outlets and ports.

Bought these surge protectors with a great value. Build quality is good, 1 Type C connector and 3 USB connectors, 8 Ground Plug ins, and a on off switch in the side. Easier to take traveling on cruise ships if you needed more plugs. I bought multiple and my mom and I both use them everyday. Yes I would recommend to other people and I would repurchase this again if I had to.

Kind of disappointed that the power button doesn’t light up and let you know that the power is on there’s a teeny little light on top that shows that the power is on

This works great! I didn't want a large, "clunky" power strip like the one I had before. The grey one is easier to see when I'm looking underneath or behind furniture. White is too glaring and black makes it harder to see when I am plugging something in. Very easy and quick to install! I like the fact that I can charge other devices. And I still have a bit of room to spare. I purchased another one for my nephew who switches back and forth between work and gaming. He really likes it! Great product!

This is my goto for surge protector. It works great in small places and the usb ports are a great addition.

I bought this for my bedroom for my lamp, clock radio, small fan, and air purifier. I also use the USB ports when I need to recharge my Android phone and electric shaver. So far, everything works very well especially the speed of the USB recharging time. I doubt if I will ever use all sockets at the same time but it great having them on top and on the sides. So far, nothing has caused the breaker to activate and turn everything plug in to be turned off. Since this is plugged in behind my bed, I like the flatness design of the plug-in socket into my electrical outlet.
