Dang! I had no idea how much I needed this until I started taking it! I've listened to a lot of Dr. Bergs podcasts and he very often talks about the importance of D3 and coupling it with K2, which he says is essential to properly absorb the D3. I've found that to be true for me. Since I started taking this supplement, I haven't gotten sick in I don't know how long (at least a couple years) and it makes sense because apparently D3 helps super-boost your immune system. Other things I've noticed are that my sleep is better, I feel less tired and sluggish throughout the day and I feel less inflamed. These are just small capsules and you take 2 of them per day. Super easy to swallow and they don't have a taste. I don't notice any stomach trouble from taking them either. If you're like me and you spend the majority if your day inside (which means less sun and therefore less D3), this stuff will rock your world! 5 stars, worth the price and highly recommended!

You ever have symptoms that you know aren't normal despite a doctor telling you that you have no std's and your blood work came back clean with no hiv? I never considered that i may have an autoimmune disease despite my doctors always saying i'm healthy. The thing about autoimmune (not sure about all of them just the one autoimmune that has all of my symptoms down to the letter) is you begin to build a vitamin d resistance and higher iu's are required in order to get the therapeutic effect. Once i bumped up to 160,000 iu's per day of Dr. Berg's Vitamin D3 K2 I noticed my symptoms began to ease up and with each passing month of consecutive use and today of dedicated use I feel as if I am in complete remission. Granted I also took Dr. Berg's advice on keto carnivore diet and elimination sugars. My main symptom that caused me misery was how quickly i would dehydrate in a day. I would curse at my own saliva glands for not doing what i needed them to do. I now produce a healthy saliva flow and after a year am starting to notice that not only is my tongue repairing itself but other problems are being resolved. I am not speaking for anyone else. This is literally what is happening with me. So why option Dr. Berg's version of the d3k2 iu? Quite simple, you cannot just take vitamin d on its own. You can do yourself true harm by taking just vitamin d on its own. Vitamin d needs k2 and magnesium etc in order to properly absorb. Taking vitamin d on its own is useless garnishing you a very low absorption percentage. Almost next to none. Most companies know this but push out poor cheap products anyway. Dr. Berg never uses synthetics and makes sure the D3 is combined with the proper vitamins and minerals so that you properly absorb and avoid building any deficiencies elsewhere. My only complaint is Dr. Berg needs to produce a 50k-100k iu d3k2 product for those of use who safely require a higher dosage. Thank you, doc for everything!

This product has impacted my life so much. Increased energy levels, I notice significant improvement of symptoms such as burning and tingling of my feet, as a matter of fact this has not improved, it's gone all together. I am mentally sharper, very grateful for how much it builds up my immune system . I hardly ever get sick but when I do come down with a cold or something, my immune system is a beast. I recover quickly. After using this product for nearly a year I have since introduced it to my family members, my mom and my brother in particular are regular customers now. Help for whatever you need in a capsule!!!

Make sure you’re taking them with magnesium to get the full effect. Easy pill to swallow. I just take 1 a day in combination with magnesium and I sleep SOOOOO much better, it’s CRAZY. I also have more energy throughout the day and my mood has improved. I wouldn’t call it a miracle, but it improved my quality of life.

I have been taking this vitamin D supplement for more than two years, and it has become part of my daily routine. During that time, I went through pregnancy and have now been breastfeeding my baby for the past 7 months. Personally, I haven't gotten sick since I started taking it, which has been amazing, especially during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. My 7-month-old also hasn't been sick so far. Of course, I know many factors play a role in overall health, so I can't say it's only because of this supplement, but I do believe it has been a helpful part of my wellness routine. I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

These are quite good I feel some difference after a few days. But it seems date of expiry was temped.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
