MerrellMen's Moab 3 Hiking Shoe

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. I find them comfortable and durable. The waterproofing is effective and they strike a good balance between weight and sturdiness. I just wish I'd tried them years ago, they're really that good. Even when I'm not out walking they are fine as a casual shoe. I think these shoes are a fine buy representing good value for the price.

The sizing was great at a good price point for a well known and trusted brand. Very comfortable on first wearing. Early days but they look well built to withstand the riggers of rough ground. .

Fits like a glove and well worth the price, great service what more do need..

I feel like I walk taller wearing these. My old walking shoes I would often develop lower back pains after long hikes. These ones seem to help me keep a better posture even when fatigued. That could be saying more about my old shoes than these new ones but I'll take the win.After seeing regular use for a few months they've not shown any abnormal wear and tear. Very happy with the quality and the value.

I am now on my fourth pair of Merrell walking shoes they are top quality and so comfortable i simply dont bother with anything else

The Moab 2 was a really good, practical, shoe - although maybe not the most comfortable after a long day of walking. The Moab 3 retains all of the practicality, but with a real improvement to the level of comfort. There is far more to this than just a cosmetic upgrade - it now is without doubt the best value walking shoe on the market.

Nice heavy duty hiking shoe. Very comfortable. Designed more for a narrow foot.

My 11 1/2 size fit perfectly. I am leaving on a trip to Europe which will have a lot of walking and I was pleased that these shoes need no break in.

I ordered Moab 3's, but when they arrived I noticed that the model number on the inside of the tongue was the same as my old Moab 2 Vent shoes (J06011). I checked Merrell’s website and one of the listed upgrades of the Moab 3 over the Moab 2 is an improved “Vibram TC5” outsole. I compared the sole pattern of the shoes I received to the picture on Merrell’s website. The pattern did not match. The new shoes did, however, match the pattern of my old Moab 2’s.I rechecked the Amazon site from which I ordered, and it also had a picture of the new pattern. Amazon lists the model number of the Moab 3’s as J035887. Hope this information helps other consumers.

Still using this product. Wear almost daily.

Bought for hubby to wear when we go trail hiking. The fit is great and he says they are very comfortable. Lots of usage right out of the box and no blisters or sore spots. Great shoes.
