Used this product because it’s de longhi recommended product for my coffee machine. It’s a great price that will probably last me a year. Used the recommended dose followed my Machines instructions which resulted in successfully completing the descaling cycle.

Picked this up for our De’Longhi Magnifica Evo and it does exactly what it should. Each bottle gives five cleans, so the twin pack covers ten cycles in total, which makes it decent value. Using it is straightforward – the machine runs through the process without any fuss, and afterwards the coffee tastes as it should, with no odd aftertaste. Helps keep the machine running smoothly and gives peace of mind that it’s properly looked after. It’s not the most exciting purchase, but it’s one of those essentials that just works. If you’ve got a De’Longhi machine, it’s the right stuff to use.

Owning an Eletta Explore means keeping the complex milk systems and cold brew technologies running cleanly is a priority. I have a delonghi coffee machine, so would always use the correct product, works perfectly.

Whether you need to use company's own brand as they say in the instructions I doubt it but anyway I buy their brand and clean my machine regularly so haven't had any issues.

Der De’Longhi Original EcoDecalk DLSC502 ist ein wirklich sehr guter Entkalker für Kaffeemaschinen und Kaffeevollautomaten. Die Entkalkungsleistung ist überzeugend – Kalk wird zuverlässig entfernt und die Maschine funktioniert danach wieder einwandfrei. Wir verwenden den Entkalker für unsere De’Longhi Siebträgermaschine und sind mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Die Anwendung ist unkompliziert und speziell auf De’Longhi-Maschinen abgestimmt. Besonders positiv ist, dass der Entkalker auf natürlichen Rohstoffen basiert und somit etwas umweltfreundlicher ist als viele andere Produkte. Mit 2 × 500 ml für bis zu 10 Entkalkungsvorgänge bietet das Set zudem eine lange Nutzungsdauer. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut: hochwertiges Originalprodukt, einfache Anwendung und sehr effektives Ergebnis. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Entkalker, der hält, was er verspricht.
