Disappointing work book
“This is an unofficial workbook meant to aid pursuit of knowledge and use thereof implies acceptance” That is the disclaimer on the first page. This work book is written by Noel Reads not Martha Beck. It does not follow the content in an easy accessible way. It is poorly written with mistakes and weird questions. The author doesn’t even provide much space for writing. It is self published and slim on content. Not worth the cost.

Not professionally done. Incomplete in an understatement. Razor thin and does not include all the exercises for the reader to complete. errors

Deceiving. It's not a book by Martha Beck. The way her name shows on the cover is deceiving.
This is a "companion book" NOT written or authorized by Martha Beck. Poorly written questions, low quality print and binding. Anyone who can take notes while reading the original can do this. I don't recommend it.
