Q: Is this set suitable for use outdoors? If left outside will it stand up to the elements (in southern California)?

I do not see why not. I lived here in Colorado Springs,Co. We used the table for homeschooling. I am sure it will be fine if left outdoors.

Q: Why did you only deliver the table legs and chairs, but NOT the table top?

Sounds like something went wrong you should contact the person you bought it from or send it back and order a new one

Q: This good for 10 year old boy?

Chairs are on the small side for a ten year old. My daughter is 4, she is very tall for her age about 3ft 8in and she is perfect size for this table and chair set. My one year old also fits comfortably at this table and it’s extended up almost all of the way.

Q: Can you order with the taller chairs with this table?

Taller chairs are not available for this set.
