Good small unit
Purchased this device to stop having to re-start computer system whenever power flickers. In new area, power supply is not stable, lot's of lightning and 1-2 second power loss. This keeps my computers going, especially with docking station. I have not used Tech Support, so no rating. Relatively inexpensive.

takes the hit of power outages.
No more restarts created my very shot term power outages from strong spring thunder storms. I just keep on working.

fails as soon as warranty was up.
Unit died after 2 year and three months with only one 5 minute power failure power use. Do not buy. No user replacement of batteries.

One star off for a few weeks of off-gassing initially
May 2024: I bought two of these and noticed substantial off-gassing or possibly battery odor at first, and almost returned them, but it subsided within a few weeks. It is my understanding that the country of origin of the battery might be implicated here (when it's India?) but I haven't needed to research that further yet, but follow up with that possibility if you have similar concerns; apparently it is a bit of a known issue. They don't stink now, though. But you might need to let them air out before putting them in a space you'll be in regularly if it bothers you. I'll update this if that issue returns or something else happens. November 2024: These eventually stopped off-gassing after two or three months and have worked flawlessly with a number of issues with power instability including recent storms this month that caused a lot of brief power sags.

Great Back-up
Have had this unit working 24/7 for over a year. We live in the country and have fairly regular power outages. This unit has worked flawlessly during each outage.

New buyers should do more research on product capability and warranty. Owners beware
Today: 10/22/25 It was almost exactly 3 years ago (Oct 11, 2022) that I bought the BVK750M2 unit. On 10/19/25, the unit started blinking all its LEDs, and turned on a continuous alarm. I took it out of service, expecting to next open it up and replace the SLA Battery inside it. Today, I attempted to do so. After initial inspection, I guessed that the battery would be accessible from the front. I will add that I could find absolutely NO video online to do this replacement. After I took out the screw, I could not budge the front panel cover off. I notice a couple of tabs, but they did not seem to budge much. I called tech support after searching the Schneider Electric site. They answered! Took my information, including buy date. CSR went off the air for several minutes and came back and told me that battery was not field replaceable and I had to contact Coastec.com, an east coast company that empties its offices at 5pm ET. I then asked the CSR for a number to call to lodge a complaint with SE/APC. (I fully expected to replace the battery myself). Next, I called that number, which also went through the same IVR menu, and landed me with another CSR. They took my info, and went off to consult about my product. Fortunately, they referenced the previous call case number and were up to speed. They, too, came back and said the same thing (not field replaceable), but said that the product had a 3-year warranty, and I was really close (just outside) on that warranty. They went to bat to supply me a replacement unit. Make story short, I was very happy with this turn of events. I had paid $109 in 10/22, and it's now $149. It had a 3 yr warranty, it's now 2 yrs. Battery was considered field replaceable and is now NOT. Even to this day their literature says field replaceable. HOWEVER, NO DOCUMENTATION exists to actually replace it! Anyway, here's how I'd rate the product: 2 stars, but 1 star for support. Would I buy again: NO. Not field replaceable is worthless. No UPS I've ever personally had (10s) came with this limitation. So, buyer beware of this model.

I forgot about one pc in my home
And a power spike did it in. Should have had one of these like I did on my other PCs that had no issues

Outlets Too Close Together
Huge disappointment. I needed a UPS with a minimum of 4 outlets, which this one has. BUT, they are so close together that my plugs don’t fit. What modern-day electronics use the old type of 2-prong plugs? I can use either my TV and satellite receiver or my internet and router, but not all 4! For the money, it{s just not worth it.

Bought this for my PC, it has a Ryzen 9 7900x and an Nvidia 4080. This is enough power to allow for the pc to be shutdown properly in the event of a power outage. What its really great for is "cleaning" the power that comes into the PC. I'm in an old building with old wiring in a city, the power moves around a bit, every couple of days I'll hear the UPS click off and on, especially in the summer when all the AC's are going. That's not good for the PC so the UPS really helps in that regard as well. Simple setup, wish the cord was a bit longer but that's pretty much my only issues with it. You can get the personal version of the Powechute software to configure it off their website.

I have noisy power and occasional voltage sags enough that everything electronic is protected by a UPS. I bought this for my htpc and TV and it's intervened and kept things running a couple of times already. For the VA size it's nice to get something other than what looks like a power bar on steroids.

I've had my APC UPS 750VA for approximately 3 months. I've had several overnight power blips and noticed that my desktop was shut down, the following morning. I should have downloaded and read the full manual because it seems the unit only receives configuration from PowerChute software, not the Windows power management configuration as my previous UPS units all have. In addition the battery is "not user replaceable"?! That's a first for me. And, to top it off, I just had a 5 minute power outage and the unit died immediately, and will not restart. The last time I checked PowerChute, this morning before the outage, the unit was running at something like 22% capacity and had an estimated 24 minutes of battery power. At this point I do NOT recommend.

own several APC powerbars and a 20+ year old APC UPS only on its second battery that powers my wifi/basement pc and they have all worked flawlessly, this new unit BVK750M2 only lasted 2 weeks for my upstairs PC, its lights began blinking - the software told me to replace battery , I powered everything down and unplugged the UPS for awhile but on startup it began a high pitched shrill even though in software audible sound was off - I did a self test and it told me "failed" within seconds ... checked and no bios or software upgrades available - sorry APC but you lost my trust looking at brands I passed over previously.
