I have this clipped to a basket in my chest freezer, so I'm not using the suction cups. I'm not sure how well the suction cups would work in this freezer. I'm assuming the temperature reading is accurate.

Great little thermometers. The only issue with them is that if your flat surfaces are frozen then the suction cups wont stay attached. I just have them placed in each of our freezers where I can see when easy. No problem.

After more than a week of use, I found that this thermometer gives a good temperature reading while using zero batteries (!) and like its temperature range. The suction cups have come loose sometimes so I occasionally have to reposition the thermometer. There is no option to hang the thermometer for our particular refrigerator so I cannot comment on that feature. In order to see the temperature display easily, it sits near the refrigerator's door opening. It would better to place the thermometer on the inside wall, away from all the movement, but it makes reading the display more difficult. Overall, I like this refrigerator thermometer and would buy it again if there was a need for it.

I bought a refrigerator recently and,believe it or not, had no thermometer inside. This was so simple since it’s magnetized. Placed it in an area easy for me to see…exactly what I needed.

Perfect for any refrigerator or cooler. Sturdy.

Gets the job done but the suction cups don’t work. Not as useful as I was hoping for

I was looking for a way to keep track of the temperatures inside my camping cooler - wasn't looking for anything super-precise, but at least to the level of "nicely cold" versus "danger, toxic organisms are probably building small cities inside your hamburgers even as we speak". This clipped nicely onto a center divider in the cooler (and could be unclipped and buried below the icepacks near anything I wanted to monitor more closely) and gave me the feedback that I was looking for. Before taking it out on an actual camping trip I tried a few tests at home where I compared the readings of other thermometers including an IR model, and this one seemed to track decently with the rest, so I felt comfortable relying on it in the field.

Terrible device. Reads more than 10 degrees high. Verified inaccuracy with several other thermometers. Did not realize the issue until it was too late to return so I just have to throw it away. Do not buy this! How I manufacture can’t build a thermometer in 2025 that is at least within one or 2° is baffling to the human mind.
