Dingo Men's Rev Up Western Boot

I just received my Dingo zip-side Western boots. >> I ordered the brown pair. Note: the color, as I received, is darker & looks more gray/brownish. No big deal, but different than seen on the advertising page. >> Also, the finish on the leather is not smooth or glossy - it is more of a fine brushed surface. Again, not objectionable - just different than I expected. I am going to purchase some boot mink oil to further condition & protect the surface finish. >>. I normally wear a size of 11-1/2 or 12 in athletic or dress shoes, depending on brand. Observing the previous purchasers comments - I ordered size 11's, and they feel to be of a proper fit. The boot seems well constructed, and the side zipper is of a robust nature.

The boots are nice except for the zippers. The zipper pulls are too small.

The funny thing is I moved from North Carolina to Colorado 1 1/2 years ago. I knew I had to get some cowboy booths out here. Then my daughter announced she is getting married and having a cowboy style wedding, so that motivated me even more. It's been three months since I had hip surgery and I thought it would be no way I'm going to get a pair of boots on by myself. That's right, I tried at several boot stores and struggled a lot. Then my wife picked out these boots on line. They have an inside zipper which definitely helps. I like the rugged looking color and the style. I normally wear a 10 1/2 shoe, but thought going up 1/2 a size would be better. Sure enough they fit comfortable, they look great and the zipper is hidden and no one can see it has one. I'm giving it a 5 star because that's what it deserves. It goes on a easily as my shoes and now I feel like one of the cool guys out here in Colorado. By the way I'm 70 years old, but can keep up with many 1/2 my age. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to praise this Dingo. Jim Y in Colorado

I am able to fit my feet in these boots whereas I am unable to fit my feet in conventional cowboy boots. These look great, feel good, and required very little break-in. I bought a size 11 and I typically wear 11 D in a dress shoe. These were spot on. No way am I returning these, no way is Amazon getting these back. I threw out the box and these boots are my new companions. I might even buy another pair just in case dingo decides to discontinue the line.

I really like the look of these boots. I have a 10.5 size, but that shoe size was too big. Replaced with a 10 size, and it fits snug with a slightly thick sock; I'm pretty sure it will stretch and become more comfortable. Interesting quirk is that the heel pocket is somewhat shallow and my foot can lift out of the boot somewhat at the heel. Love the zip-up comfort of putting these on. Looks like the quality of build is very good as well. Strongly satisfied with this purchase.
