I'm gonna say it: it stinks (like a cross between a railroad tie and a giant mothball)... but this stuff really works.It's thick like Vaseline so it's hard to get out of my hair when I put it on my scalp psoriasis patches... but the good news is is that I don't have to do it very often. I have had psoriasis for 30 years and this is the only thing that really works for me. Awesome stuff.This is my second purchase - it lasts for like a year.

This stuff really works. My knuckles have been itched and been cracked for several months. I've tried an assortment of creams, lotions, moisturizers, etc., but none stopped it. When this came in, I rubbed a little on my knuckles just before I went to bed. All the cracks had closed when I woke. Also relieves the itch. I've started using some birch tar soap as well, and together they've made a huge difference for me. I have a spot on my arm that's itched almost 20 years that barely itches anymore. It's well worth putting up with the smell. Highly recommend.

*3 days ago my hand was so red and itchy it was unbearable, the itching would wake me in the middle of the night. These pictures are after 3 days of treatment. The first day I used it after every time I washed my hands or it rubbed off. Redness is fading, rarely itches, and I’m not waking up with the utter irritation of the itch.*It stinks to high heaven. It’s coal tar, that’s why. I knew this going in. The smell abates as it’s absorbed into the skin. Because I already knew, it doesn’t remove a star*It has a grease base. I also knew this going in. Again my rating remains the same.*There may be other products but this works great.*Also this is a lot of medicine in 4.2 ounces. It doesn’t have to be glopped on, and this may last me until the rapture.*I open the lid, squeeze a small amount and pull it across the rash saving me from getting it all over.'2/15 - basically the psoriatic rash is gone. It's good it does workSome advice if you do buy itAnd suffer from any kind of skin problem addressed in this productStay constant use it daily for at least a week because it goes away fast but if you don't use constantly and daily for over a week it keeps coming back that and having good hygiene shower at least once every 48 hrs every 24 if u active.Product is good , it's one of the very few creams/ointments that does actually work.

I have a three month waiting. Period to see my physician. Started using news and I believe by the time I visit is due my psoriasis will probably be cleared up. It definitely has a different smell to it.

This did not work for me. Not even for my itch.Smells mediciny (is that a word?)I gave it three stars because it's an ok dry skin cream.

My husband gets psoriasis really bad on his feet and this really helps him. He puts it on his feet before bed, then puts ankle socks on afterwards. If he’s having a flare up, he puts it on again in the morning. We never let it run out. I recommend trying it out.

Psoriasis started to clear up in just a day or so, and I live with extremely heavy scaling. Apply 2-3 times a day. Love this stuff!
