I love this little pack, I have used them all for many different things not just tech stuff.

I liked the ease of fixing the wire caps to the cord and that they will not come off easily by themselves.

You might not realize that you need this combo pack of items until you have to take your phone to a repair shop because it's charging/data port has got dust, sand, or pocket fuzz or carpet lint inside it and no longer charges by wire or transfers data by the same means. The stretchable cable connector covers stay attached by way of stretching the silicone loop end over the body of the connector so that the loop stays above the actual connector housing, and around the actual cable diameter itself., and will help preventcrushed cable connectors from them being accidently wakked on or run over by tge wheels on gaming and office chairs. The separate port covers securely fit and won't drop out of the device.

Received an obviously used or returned product, the plastic bag was badly worn and wrinkled, and whatever seal it may have had was clearly already torn open (see photo). That might have been OK if the contents were as described, however, they were not at all. Two of the five USB-A caps had the strap torn off. One of the five USB-C caps was missing its strap, and one cap was missing completely.

I bought this set only for the USB-C cable caps and didn't use any of the other items. Because I have 6 cables with 11 USB-C ends, and this pack contains only 5 of the caps I wanted, I had to get 3 sets of this item. I will be reviewing those only. I used these on my Anker USB-C braided cables in my travel bag, which gets very dirty.Pros:I like the fact that these were some of the few dust caps that had a loop that keeps them attached to the cable. The loops are just the right size: any larger they might slide off the port bodies, any smaller they wouldn't slide quickly especially on braided cables like I have. The silicon material is a good choice: they are very flexible and stretch instead of snap, despite accidental stains that I would have expected to break off. I also know the silicon will have a longer lifespan than rubber or neoprene.Cons:The fact that I had to get multiple quantities of these as a set with other items I didn't need is the first star deduction. My second only complaint, and reason for 3 stars, is that the caps themselves easily slip off the ports. I wish they were a lot tighter especially in my travel bag where I pull on stuff in and out.

I'm sure the use case for these is for cables and such, but my main use is to protect the YubiKey that I carry in my pocket. I just couldn't stand the thought of that key getting damaged with pocket lint, dirt, or who knows what, so these covers are perfect. I especially like how they can thread through the YubiKey hole to stay attached when I do have to use the key. That's my use case, but of course there are so many other uses for all these devices.

After using these in my laptops usb-c ports, I’ve had two fall out sliding my laptop in and out of my bag. They need to stick better for this to be a useful product.

I ordered these "dust-protectors" from CKANDAY for one reason - to protect the "ends" of my USB-A and USB-C cables, when I'm otherwise, not using them. And for THAT, they are perfect and deserve Five Stars, which is what I'm giving them. That said, I've tried using a couple of the small port "plugs" that came as a part of this set and while I've had reasonable sucess with most, they haven't all fit perfectly. Just - FYI. Five Stars.
