Yes it’s large, but it’s thin, and it fits the stethoscope perfectly. I personally don’t zip it- I flop my stethoscope in, and slide it into my laptop bag for traveling between sites, and it works perfectly. My last stethoscope broke after being smooshed in my laptop bag, which is why I found this solution. Works great for what I need. I tried a few others, but my stethoscope didn’t actually fit.

Protects my investment! As a 911 paramedic, I decided to Try out a $300 stethoscope. It was amazing. I want it to last so I bought this to store it in my gear bag.

I was looking for a more protective case for my Littman Core and this is perfect, as it should be from the brand. Fits securely, zipper is stout. It’s a little large but it really couldn’t be made smaller without too much bending of the tubing. Trim enough still to slide into my work bag and gives me peace of mind that the stethoscope is protected. I live in a climate with extremely cold winters and have had two tubes accidentally frozen and broken when I forgot my bag in my car over night. I don’t plan on leaving it out, but by chance I do the tubing will be held in place and I can let it sit until it warms up.

My stethoscope fits in this case perfectly, and it is well protected. However, the case is a little bulkier than I'd like. This is mostly because there is space in the side that doesn't hold the scope to store other stuff. I don't have/want any other stuff in the case with my scope, so this space just adds extra bulk for me. Note that the scope does not "snap" into place. It just sits on the cutout. So you have to open the case on a tabletop or the scope will just fall out.

Great for my echo!!!!!! I felt so guilty having my expensive stethoscope just hanging out in my bag when I wasn’t using it. I like that the case allows for the Tubing to extend instead of being coiled up, and the case, about the size of a large book, is not bulky. Good quality.
