Does this convert the negative to its photo?

I have slides that are about 3 X 3 in a glass mounting. Can these be scanned?

I honestly don't think so. 35mm slides are 2X2 inches, unless there is something included with the scanner that would let you do that size. Franko

What is the resolution of the scanner (W x H)?

The scanner creates JPG images that are roughly 4000x3000 pixels, varying depending on what type of photo or film is being scanned. Hope this helps!
