There is literally nothing I don't like about this unit. I have 2 other kinds of this style sharpener and this one is by far the best. I am very picky when it comes to sharping knives. It is very heavy, stable and solid which is hugely important in maintaining a consistent angle. I like the fact that once you clamp the blade in you dont have to unclamp it until you're done because the head rotates 180 degrees to allow access to both sides of the blade. The clamps that secure the blade are very solid and easily adjustable with a 4mm hex driver. The included diamond stones seem fine to me and getting a knife to razor + sharp is only a few minute job. The stones change out super fast due to the spring loaded clamping mechanism plus you can use other brands of stones as long as they are mounted on a 1x4 or 1X6 plate. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend it

The product itself is satisfactory. However, I had to order a different clamp for my Benchmade knife, as it was incompatible with the original clamp.The Xicub is malfunctioning, as only half of the numbers are visible. I have already sent an email to Tsprof requesting a replacement.Additionally, I contacted customer service to inquire about the new diamond set and to cancel my order for the 113,00 carbide stone in favor of purchasing the diamond set for $504.00. However, customer service advised me to send an email to their company requesting the cancellation. It would be more efficient if customer service could handle this matter directly to expedite the process.Overall, the machine is worth the investment. It is sturdy, and the adjustments are user-friendly and enjoyable to work with.

This is the optimum choice. Pricey, yes... but no better example than the sentiment "you get what you pay for".Best recommendation:Buy a set of professional sharpening stones, like from US Markets. This sharpener is worth the extended costs of additional stones.

i’ve had a lot of different sharpeners. this by far is the most exact bevel holding edge down to 0.2 degrees. you can take the blade off and remount for a re-honing and it’s spot on. very easy to set up and top end machining and components.this thing is built so tough it’s going to last my lifetime no doubt!

There were two reasons I purchased TSPROF K03. First, I wanted to try a fixed angle sharpening system. I have several Arkansas stones with which I can get a fairly decent edge on my knives, I wanted better. Second, I wanted to put an accurate angle on my knives. The angle finder did not work correctly out of the box, it did not calibrate to the 14 degree angle, the display did not display the numbers properly, and the readings kept jumping even when it was stationary. The angle finder is a key component to this system and with it not working, this system is over priced and only slightly better than sharping by hand.I like the mechanism that flips the blade over. The slide stops are nice. The clamps could be better with something other than tightening with hex screws. The angle adjust is smooth, but the angle markings could be much better. I have several wood working tools such as a table saw and once properly set up I can completely rely on the marked settings to 1/64th of an inch. Using the markings on the K03 one would have trouble getting within 5 degrees of ones desired angle. With the angle cube not working, it becomes guess work.

This guided sharpener is built like a tank. Solid build and gorgeous machining. It is a piece of artwork.I can turn out consistent ridiculously sharp knives over and over. Precision guided sharpening. The angle cube finder setup is genius, and eliminates some of the iffy practices of the past.I love my blade grinder for quick and dirty upkeep, but this system is the crown jewel. This is for my high end kitchen knives, Andy my collectibles.🤙🏼

Shipping was daily quick unfortunately when I opened the wooden case the styrofoam was broken and shredded in places. The item I recieved did not match the item listed. The sharpening arm did not have the digital angle box as shown and as listed in the description. The styrofoam was in such bad shape I could not keep it intact so sending this item back is probably not going to happen. A couple of the tightening knobs seems weathered even though the outer boxes were in really good shape. The plastic bags containing the extra screws and Alan wrenches was torn open so most of the contents of the clear plastic bag was all over the place. I am disappointed but do not want to deal with the hassle or inconvenience with shipping it back/replacing it.

I was on the edge between the ts prof and the wicked edge. I decided on the Tsprof and I'm very pleased with my decision. This thing is amazing you can honestly go from a horrible knive sharpener to a professional knive sharpener that can charge money to sharpen knives. If your on the edge between this and somthing else I highly suggest this system. One thing I will mention though. When I got the Tsprof it came in a very nice wooden crate. The sides of said crate were coming apart from each other and the bottom of the crate fell out and broke I wasn't to happy with that because I wanted the crate but the sharpening system made up for the lack of quality in the crate by far. I would complain about the price but honestly it's a very well machined and put togather sharpening system and i bet ill be able to pass it on to my kids no doubt itll last that long at all.
