Follow the instructions!
This cleaner seems to work well, but there are some things to note. It HAS to be thoroughly rinsed off. With fresh water. It will remove the protective coating or paint from your coils, if it has any. It is ONLY FOR YOUR CONDENSER (outside unit), not the evaporator coils in your air handler. If you have a sticker on your condenser with model number, serial number, specs, etc., it will remove all traces of ink from it. If you are careful about how you apply it, it will work well for you. I definitely recommend applying the protective coating made by this same company, after use of this product, since it strips any factory coatings off.

Made Cleaning Easy
When we applied solution to filters as directed, the air born debris dissolved off the metal filter in 15-20 minutes. This is so much better than trying to clean the filters with water through a jet hose nozzle.

I used this to clean my coils dyring a week of 106°f or more it helped my system for sure as my house finally stayed below 80°

best to use on industrial a/c units
use with the special application device that dilutes it and uses a garden hose. be sure to rinse all of it off.
