just bought this yesterday, and it is working great, from iPhone 16, to laptop and tv via zoom. quality is good so far. only problem if you're singing at the top of your voice, or shouting, it cuts off. the person on the receiving end won't hear it. bit its cool.clarity is goodvalue for money is greatsize i think it could have been small.

1. This is plug-and-play and easy to use.2. It can be used on a laptop or PC; however, because the receiver unit has side-by-side USB C and lightning connections, an adapter or extension cable is required. [I have not tried this on a Mac.]3. This worked exceptionally well for me for meetings on Zoom and Teams. The sound is so clear that AI close captioning is remarkably accurate.4. Having two microphones allows two people to each have their own microphone. This is a big plus for my wife and me as our Church assignment requires us to participate together in video conferences.5. For some applications, the recordings were distorted, but that was corrected by going into the sound settings for Windows and reducing the input volume for the microphone. For Camtasia, I had to reduce the gain setting on the audio.

I was super excited to order this microphone set after reading so many good reviews. I'm always very easily impressed, to an embarrassing extent sometimes! However, these lav mics are not it at all.These mics were constantly muting themselves and when they did work, they were extremely muffled. We tried every placement and troubleshooting that we could think of to stop the mics from muting themselves or sounding muffled. I even caved and just held my mic instead of clipping it to my shirt at one point but alas, I ended up with hours of useless footage due to how bad the audio was, if it even was there.My last straw with these mics was when I simply took one out of the charging case and it quite literally just fell apart. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky or if there is a severe lack of quality control but I don't think I've ever been this disappointed in a product before. I've resorted to using my phone and earbud mics for my videos now, the sound difference between those and these lav mics is astounding.
