Product works great! Compatible with my XPS 15 9570. After installation it takes a couple of reboots for the keyboard to be recognized.

Great replacement. Like the listing says, I initially had some issues with key strokes not being recognized but I unplugged the ribbon, wiped with alcohol and it has worked great since then. I don't know if these are the same stock keyboards that come in the XPS 9560, but it feels a lot better than what came in the laptop.

To replace the motherboard on my Dell model, you have to completely disassemble the laptop. The keyboard is only accessible from the back of the device, making it a very time-intensive repair. Unfortunately, this replacement lasted only two weeks before it began sending random characters, registering incorrect keystrokes, and several keys stopped working altogether. I will be choosing a different brand in the future.

Item arrived quickly and in good packaging / condition. The keyboard replacement procedure is fairly involved for laptops like these... You need to remove quite a bit of the guts to get access to the keyboard. Look for a YouTube video with instructions for your specific brand/model. It will help you immensely. Everything took me about an hour. I needed a small precision phillips driver + a small torx driver for my Dell XPS 15. I was nervous powering the machine back up, considering how much hardware I unplugged, things I touched and moved around etc. But everything works great. Just be careful in there... The new keyboard feels a little bit more supple (less pressure needed on keystrokes) than the OEM keyboard, but otherwise it's great. No complaints, great product.

It was easy to install and works as advertised

In the product description it says that this keyboard is compatible with several DELL PRECISION models, including mine, the 5510. However, when trying to make the connections to my PC I realize that it does not work and the keyboard is not compatible with my model. In addition, it has an internal label where it says that it is for DELL XPS 9550 models (Image attached). I can't say that the product is bad since I couldn't test it, I just received the wrong product for my model. They should change the description and notify the models that REALLY works.

Installation was tedious but not difficult. Good replacement keyboard for XPS keyboard that was barely working.

It took almost 2 hours to complete. And it was definitely difficult to me with no experience for this kind of work. But this product resolved my keyboard problem.
