I used the Skyflame 36” Linear Stainless Steel Fire Pit Drop-In Burner Kit for a fire and waterfall project I built myself. The propane tank connected easily using the included regulator and hose, and the electronic spark ignition works just as expected. I built this last year and it’s been working great ever since. It lights reliably, the flame looks beautiful, and I get a lot of compliments on the overall look. Very happy with how it turned out — highly recommend for anyone doing a custom fire feature!

Looks great, fits perfect, and was easy to install.

We had a really solid fire table where the propane line no longer worked. This easily dropped right in and worked as expected. I wish they offered it in black, but we are very happy with the product so far.

50/50 chance the fire will stick and stay lit. When it does stay lit it will go out it’s just a matter of time. Very inconsistent and not reliable to stay lit.

Great quality and performance is amazing

My old fire pit finally rusted out. Thought I would have to buy a whole new fire pit, then I found this item. After removing the old metal pit, this one just dropped right into place. It comes with a new gas line as well as ignitor and flame control which was a plus since my old ignitor stopped working years ago. Couldn't have been easier. Saved me a ton of money not having to buy an entire new firepit.

Great burner replacement but measurement is a little off as it tapers upward

I'm very impressed with the heavy duty build quality and design of this drop in 30"x8" burner and associated control valve/ignitor assembly. The design is such that the controls may be mounted remotely as I did with my conversion. I used a table from a Costco patio furniture set that has a ceramic tile top and a cement board backer. The controls for this kit utilize a thermocouple for safety, so it's exactly like lighting a hot water heater. The thermocouple is hot enough to hold the gas valve open within about 15 seconds of holding down the dial. This kit also has the ability to be converted to natural gas and I have a 30x14 glass wind guard, both are on their way. I'll update my review when it's running on natural gas.
