AMAZING REFLECTOR!!
Just one of these parabolic reflectors with a 100W LED outshines most light bars iv'e seen! It throws light very well with a nice hot spot and tons of flood at 11,740 lumens! I cant wait to see what 6 of these look like in a custom enclosure. Highly recommended to anyone looking to lighting up the planet at night.

Plastic version isn't great. Edit: Plastic version failed in a year of use.
The new plastic version is nowhere near as nice as the previous polished aluminum version. Plastic version should really be priced much cheaper than $30.Update: the new plastic version has already melted around the LED even though the chip is running at half power (50 watts) compared to the two old metal versions I have had running at 100 watts for much longer. The setups have the same heat sinks, same COBs, and same PSUs but obviously the quality of the lens is nowhere close to the original. The "new" version is absolutely overpriced disposal junk compared to the old version that sold at the same price. The plastic version didn't start out anywhere as good (poor reflectivity) as the old metal version and it has absolutely not lived up to the old version in lifespan. The new plastic one was was in service for barely a year and already failed.

Does what it is supposed to do
This reflector is well made and works just as it should. Some complain that it is not metal, but the polycarbonate plastic is quite good and it works as expected.

Awesome product
I ordered 4 for a project I am working on and they all arrived fast and in good shape. After the first round of test they held up amazingly and the end product will be awesome.

It is plastic now, but I don't think that is an issue at all. 5 stars
Super nice reflector, if your building something with a 100 watt led and want a beam you want one of these.

Not for industrial Use.
Not what you think. Very thinly sputtered reflective coating on plastic. Scratches easy. Zero thermal benefit. Outside finish is poor and inconsistent. China Made.

Junk plastic....NOT ALUMINUM
I can’t remember the last time I was this disappointed in a purchase.First off, it’s plastic, not aluminum., see attached images, it easily bends so I wonder how heat will affect it?Secondly. It’s not machined well, or cast, or whatever you call the plastic making process. There’s dimples in it, unlike the smooth look of the aluminum one, which I’m assuming affects how well it does it’s job. It’s also doesn’t fit around the chip well. I was expecting much better than this. And lastly, the chrome playing is already peeling off the base (other image), I’m sure given enough time, it will affect the most important part of the reflector. So yeah, I’m returning it....and won’t ever consider buying anything stratus branded every again.

Works
Great at focusing LEDs. Is indeed parabolic. Solid aluminum, not plastic. I am quite pleased.
