Great veggie knife.
Just what I've needed forever. It's sharp, makes clean cuts on my lettuce and no more lettuce turning brown from metal knives. A win-win for me.

This knife turned out to be a great knife for lettuce

Does the Job, but not comfortably.
Works to prevent oxidation in leafy greens (lettuce, cabbage…) but the handle is very thin to the point where it becomes uncomfortable to use for anything more than a head of romaine. I ended up wrapping a kitchen towel around the handle, and that made it a lot better to use.

Good for sawing vegetables
It works, but it actually take more time to saw through vegetables versus slicing. I don't have young children, but this may be good for kids cutting (sawing) something that is softer than salad fixin's. The cuts are very rough. It doesn't slice through veggies, you have to saw through veggies. Not for me.
