This brush is the best one I've used on both house cats and ferals.The best feature is it fits in the palm of your hand. Some cats, especially ferals, are afraid of brushes with handles because it looks like a weapon to them. This one is far less intimidating. Brushing a cat with this brush uses the same motion as petting a cat with a bare palm.It is really soft, and easy to clean. I pull the fur out using a men's hair comb.I haven't seen a cat yet that doesn't like this brush once they let me try it.My feral cats have me well trained... as soon as I stop brushing them they roll around on the ground to get dirty so I'll brush them again 😂

We have been through 6 brushes and our bullmastiffs have not allowed us to use any one of those.I finally decided to find a bristle brush to try in the hopes that our fur-children would like and even help with the decreasing the shedding.Well, not only has this brush met the expectation of the fur-children liking the brush, it aids in the removal of the hair and leaves their coat so soft and shiny. I cannot recommend this brush enough. I will be purchasing more of these brushes.The bristles are strong enough to brush through the undercoat while soft enough to not make the boys (fur-children) feel like they’re being tortured. The handle wraps around the back of the hand allowing for a comfortable palm hold of the brush to brush the boys.

This is a great brush to smooth out and maintain my Amstaff pup. I didn't notice any hair come out with the brush so I used a Furminator curry comb which did remove her short hair and I finished her off with the Boar hair brush. Her coat is super soft after using the brush. Some people said that the bristles came off after the first use but I guess some people don't know how to read a box since it says that's common the first few uses. I do wish it was a little bigger, more bristle surface for larger dogs. But does the job and I notice her softer coat and less dandruff.

This brush is awesome, handles are bulky and my cat wouldn't hold still, now he rolls around so I can brush others areas, and the bristles are perfect for grooming.

This handheld brush works so well on my wife’s puppy, and the puppy loves being brushed by it. The bristles are not too hard, but they do they do the puppy good because they’re not too small. Both my wife and myself and the puppy are all happy with this brush, which does a superb and is great value for cost

It’s softer than some brushes but it’s still not soft enough for my cat

My sweet granny kitty will be 19 in a couple months. Her quality of life is still good, but she needs a little help in a couple hard to groom areas.I’ll be honest, I never brushed her before the last year. However, she started getting a few mats on the back of her legs, and armpits, etc.The metal grooming brush was just too harsh. I could feel her vertebrae as I tried to get her “in the mood” prior to attempting both the grooming of the difficult spots, as well as retain all 10 digits on my hands.All kidding aside, she didn’t like the other one. I felt bad using it.She loves this one- again, I never brushed her before. She leans into it. She rubs her face on it. This is important for the grooming experience so that she tolerates it on the trouble areas.I highly recommend this brush.

Rarely, if ever, will you see a dog run over to get a grooming. And yet, she does. This little brush fits over your hand and is very soft. But it still gets the job done and leaves her coat like velvet. She’s as soft as a cat.
