Is it usefull to sew jens?

The sewing machine is able to sew thick (four layers) but I'm not sure if it can sew double track thick jeans.

Does it have pedal controller. Or we have to buy it? Or it doesnt need

Yes it has a durable type of pedal controller, it is included in it's original package.

External body is plastic and the inside is metal, anyhow it has quite sufficient and durable strength of material.

What is the voltage? Can it work in the USA?

No, this type cannot work in the USA, this sewing machine uses 220volts but in USA it is 120volts. Unless a transformer is adopted.
