It sure does work!
I bought this cleaner after getting a few quotes for cleaning my floor that were outrageous. The cheapest was $4300 for cleaning and sealing. Our floor and grout are dirty, but it's only 4 years old so I thought that was a bit too high. I tried other concoctions that are on the internet and while some worked they did not pick up the grime well. So, after trying those out and being quoted a high price I decided to buy this product and give it a try. I was amazed after doing a test run. I followed directions and spread liquid over grout and tile. Left it sit for 10 minutes, came back and scrubbed with the brush that came with the cleaner. This is the hardest part. It requires a good scrub, but even if you don't scrub hard you can see the dirt and grime lifting up immediately. It felt satisfying to see it clean up. After scrubbing and cleaning it all up you can immediately tell that the floor and grout are clean. You have to wait until everything if fully dry to see how clean it is. It was like new for us. Our grout looks great, just like it did originally and the tile is brighter. I highly recommend you get the brush that comes with the cleaner because it makes it easy to clean. You can attach to any handle that screws off. You also need a smaller brush for corners or edges that hit your carpet. A toothbrush is ok, but something stronger works better. It also worked best to do small areas as recommended because if you leave the cleaner on the floor too long after scrubbing it leaves the floor sticky. Lastly, the bottle comes with a top you can change out to pour out easily, but I found it was still hard to use because you don't have good control of how much is coming out and the tip closes up while you are pouring. I bought cheap condiment dispenser bottles from Walmart. I fill up and pour with that. It makes it a lot easier to pour directly on the grout and I waste less of the cleaner. I got my floor done with 6 bottles of grout and tile and 2 bottles of sealer costing me a total of $180.00. Like I said the hardest part was the scrubbing, but considering the cost of hiring a professional, it was well worth the task. I hope I won't have to do it all over again anytime soon, since I sealed the floor and grout after getting it nice and clean.

Does what it says and does it well
Works great. I cleaned 1500 square feet of Lighter colored tiled surface grout with it. It doesn't seem very harsh for how well it cleans. Squirt it on, let it sit for 5 minutes, scrub it with the included brush (works good too) and mop or wipe it up. Just don't let it dry on the grout if you can help it. It doesn't dry quickly so shouldn't be a problem. I was surprised at how much dirt it lifted out.

30yo tile glow up
Pleasantly surprised! Low scent , works with minimal effort compared to what I was doing before and in a shorter timeframe, doesn't trigger my asthma AT ALL! That alone makes it amazing. My tile and grout is over 30 years old, hasn't been sealed in who knows how many years, we live in a humid area (Carolinas) and our entire family uses this shower, so it's wet a lot, and we have terrible water quality too. It gets mold/mildew/water stains very quickly and usually takes a lot of work to clean it, what's in my shower builds up every week, it's exhausting. I had been using regular bathroom tile cleaners but they just didn't work as well and the fumes trigger my asthma. I also had to clean them with those one day and then bleach the stains on another day for it to actually look clean too. Again, triggering my asthma.I left this on per the instructions which I think was 10 minutes, then put my broom handle on the scrub brush that came with it (it doesn't come with a handle so keep that in mind), and scrubbed with it. Not effortless but nowhere near the exertion using other cleaners. It also got it way whiter than my regular bathroom cleaners. I have only used it once so far and while it didn't get rid of some deeper stains, I'm wondering if a few more times might get those stains out. My plan is to get it cleaned and finally seal the grout to help prevent this. I may need to bleach the stains still but we'll see. I'd still be thrilled with this cleaner even if it couldn't get the stains completely out.I wish the flip top lid spout could be fixed in place - I kept accidentally closing it while trying to use it.

Great product-totally worth it!
Fantastic product! Having the narrow brush that screwed onto a standard mop handle was very convenient and worked great. Truly was as easy as squirt along grout lines, let sit, scrub then wipe/mop up. For a few badly stained areas I did scrub on my hands and knees but well worth the little bit extra effort. Grout was SIGNIFICANTLY lighter when done….even my spouse noticed right away.
