Got value for my money. A must read book for Digital Marketers

I had an issue with a book I purchased, and the customer support was prompt and professional. They addressed my concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience overall. I appreciate their excellent service.

Given the new updates, this is now one of the best digital marketing books available, especially for academic use. The new diagrams in particular are significantly helpful. I use this as a core text for a marketing module and I will be continuing to do so. The only bad thing is that I had to 'air' the book for a couple of days as the plastic cover had a very strong plastic smell.. the type that can be very strong an unpleasant.

The book is not the best. Not enough help for student to learn. Not many visuals, just various website links in the book? If I want to see links, I just need to use a search engine Not to pay $80. Some vary vague broad questions, summaries are also not complete or helpful. I do not recommend this book at all. Which I'd a shame bcs I am a fan of Chaffery!

I bought the kindle version to my dismay its a waste of money as it is not compatible with kindle scribe and not fully accessible in my other kindle devices. And its too late for me to return it when i realised this problem.

There's no doubt the content in this is first rate and a valuable study resource for digital marketeers. However, I made the mistake of purchasing the Kindle version. It's a frustrating experience as there are literally hundreds of blank pages in-between the nuggets of text, diagrams and case studies scattered throughout some 4,800+ pages. Something has gone wrong with the layout in creating the kindle version of this book. Really wish I could return the Kindle version and exchange for the actual book. It should be a great reference tool, but viewed in the Kindle app it's a real slog to digest.
