UPDATE .... Hojan outdoor went above and beyond to make things right in a timely manner with my first order . A replacement was sent and just arrived and heres my honest review . It is as described and appears to be functioning properly . DOT is nice and bright all levels and easy to see at 25 /50 yards . Using a sightmark laser boresighter it got me on paper and with a few adjustments I was hitting center .Appears to be holding zero wothout incident so far . The Ncstar base on the sight did losen up after the first several rounds or so which is common . added some locktite and seems to be nice and secure now .Thank you Hojan!!!!

For the money it seems like a fairly good deal, however the sighting instructions are extremely poor, there are no markings showing which knob does what, It should have a R with an arrow for which direction to turn the windage and or elevation, it has nothing, the instructions are also poor. On the instructions it shows a knob with an R and arrow. On the sight however no such knob nor markings exists, On the Elevation knob it also has no markings nor arrow but it does seem to have a drop of glue in the screw head where you would put a wrench to adjust for elevation, so how would one go about adjusting for elevation?

this reflex sight is one of my favorites this year. I like the wrap around hood more than I'd expected.does not drift much as reticle changes/parts -- unlike the more open designed one I bought last (due to dove tail constraints)I have but one gripe to the ODM (for all of these) - tactically, I'd much prefer to have the knob do this:OFF G5 G4 G3 G2 G1 OFF R1 R2 R3 R4 R5( VS OFF G5 G4 G3 G2 G1 OFF R5 R4 R3 R2 R1 )

Bought this for a Springfield XD 9mm. Shipping was fast and easy. The sight looks great and is the perfect size for a handgun of this size or similar sizes. The sight is exactly what I was looking for in an optic, and it operates flawlessly. I would definitely recommend it.
