Review: Work great for me - I purchased these to take the place of some Costco calcium/Vit D pills I had been taking for awhile. I am on my third bottle. I was looking for something without the added ingredients and more natural. I am a 62 female and work out with weights trying to keep my bones in good shape and taking these bone nutrients are an additional way to help. These have easily replaced what I was taking and I feel great so no adverse effects and I feel better not taking the added ingredients. They are more expensive than what I was taking but again, I'm trying to cut unnecessary, added ingredients.
