It’s exactly what I needed. It fits under my counter (the other one didn’t.) it’s nugget ice. And it even has a timer so I can have fresh ice when I get home. One problem I hope is just user error. I can’t turn the machine off fully unless I unplug it. I can turn off the ice making which will put it in stand by but frequently it makes loud noises (I’m guessing checking to see if it needs to circulate the melted ice.) also the screen is always flashing. So I have to reach around and unplug it which seems dumb. If it’s user error someone please help me! 😆

The little machine is fantastic. It makes plenty of ice for us to enjoy all day. Yes you need to wait a second when done dispensing ice as it reverses the auger and might drop a couple cubes but that's better than scooping ice out of a bin.

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with this Ecozy ice maker. I have only had this ice maker a few months and for about a month now I've had nothing but issues. I've reached out to tech support (which is a joke) and takes them several days to respond and only through email. My phone call was seemingly to someone that takes the call and files a report for someone to email instructions on what to do. I already followed the same instructions they told me in the email through the manual that came with the machine. I'm now wondering if I was sent a used or refurbished machine. I purchased what was supposed to be a new machine. Until the machine started having issues, I wasn't aware that the lid is removable. I discovered what looks like hot glue or maybe super glue to some piece in the upper water reservoir. I followed their self-cleaning process again, unplugged it, plugged it back in. It didn't work. I guess they expect you to fix the machine yourself. They now want me to send a video of what it's doing. I don't have time you sit and watch the machine to try and catch it not make ice. It seems to be intermittent and my guess has something to do with a sensor. It constantly says to "add water" when the water reservoir is full. I've cleaned the machine several times and all of the tubing appears to be free of any obstructions. I was hoping for a far better experience due this ice makers higher cost. When it did work it made great ice. I have only used filtered water with the machine. The technical support did not help. I'm hoping this will help someone else in considering this product and maybe look elsewhere.

Love this ice maker it's the best ice maker for the price it works and looks exactly as described the only thing that could make it better is if it had a water hookup

I researched soooo many ice makers before landing on this one and in the end, I think they probably all function the same! it makes a decent amount of ice pretty quickly, but if I don't bag it or use it right away, it also melts pretty quickly. For the life of me I could not figure out the cleaning function and made a huge mess (which you are supposed to do the first time you use it). And the most disappointing part - and this is all on me - we don't use it like we thought we would. We still use old fashion ice trays! I have no idea why. I pull it out now when we have company so that there is always ice but that's it. That said, the ice is good! And the unit fits on a kitchen counter well, is relatively slim, and had a nice look to it.

Just Perfect! Fast ice that is just the right size.

I’ve been using this ice maker for three days now; there haven't been any issues so far, and it doesn't leak water onto the floor. However, it looks exactly like the Antarctic Star nugget ice maker. The only differences are the brand and the price—and this one is cheaper. I’m not sure what the exact differences are, but I suspect they come from the same factory. In any case, the important thing is that it works without problems, so I’m giving it three stars.

This has been wonderful for the price as opposed to having a new ice maker installed in my fridge. You do have to empty the ice out as it will melt. This ice maker makes ice, but won't keep it frozen. I like the aqua color, it is fairly quiet, easy to operate. I had been using the plastic freezable ice cubes prior but there was always an aftertaste which wasn't pleasant, It is nice being able to use regular ice again! I hope this continues working for many years.

I have had this machine for over a year now and it is great at making ice. Even in the trailer in 27 degrees Celsius the ice stays frozen. It does stick together a bit (might get a clump of three cubes) but I just use the scoop to break it up before I scoop it. It is reasonably quiet as ice makers go and does make the ice quickly. When we travelled I would plug it in and fill it first thing and I had enough ice for two people by the time we we unhitched. I'm not a fan of the scoop size. It needs to be a bit narrower to fit the glasses.

I absolutely love ice machine, not only is it cute but compact ! Makes seamless endless ice on demand ! It’s smaller so it fits perfect on my counter, I let it run throughout the day then transfer the cubes into the bag in my freezer ! I was tired of spending 5$ on a bag of ice every time so I switched to this machine and I am SO glad I did ! You can choose between small and large cubes, which I love this setting ! I will continue to use this ice machine , I am very pleased and happy ! I definitely recommend especially if you love your iced coffee like me ! :)

I've had this item for about 3 weeks and I love it! I put in about 8 cups of water and in just under 2 hours, it makes approx 140 ice cubes, which is over half of one of the large freezer bags provided. I saw some complaints about noise, I have an open concept kitchen/living room and can barely hear it working, it's absolutely not a problem. Now I have extra room in my freezer without all those ice cube trays lol. The blue colour looks so perfect with my decor in the kitchen too!

Great ice maker. We have had this one for awhile and it still works great! It is convenient for home and our RV.

This was just what I needed. I love iced teas and coffees in all kinds of flavours and this is the best way to make them for me. Making ice in trays in the freezer was not working for me. Id always be looking for ice and finding someone else finished it ur and left the tray in the sink. Then it'd take 24 hours to make more. So I'd not get to have my drink when I wanted it. Now within 25 minutes or so I have enough ice on call to make myself the drink I want. Couldn't be happier with that. I am sure I'll be even more so when the weather warms up. Plus it's really pretty fun to watch the cubes come out.
