Will this help remove an old showerhead?

Yes, these adjustable wrenches are helpful to remove the old showerhead. I used them last month to successfully remove the faucet connected to the showerhead at home. But, please be careful how hard you are so as not to break the faucet inside the wall, as the jaws of the wrenches can clamp very tightly.
