Nature you can decorate or burn. As in a wood burning project. This company's wood burning tool is pretty sub par but the wood they sell here is good stuff! A tad bit expensive considering you could go out in your backyard and lop down a tree and create several of these things. However, not an option for most folks unless you live in Oregon or Washington.

I burned a barn one this. Turned out well. I wish it had been bigger.

EDIT: after ordering from different companies with HORRIBLE quality wood i now see how excellent this wood was. Even if it came with a crack its WAY better quality than all other wood peices i have purchased. Changed to a 5 star ratingI loved it! It makes for an AWESOME wall hanging. I will say that it came cracked on both sides. That could be do to shipping of course but in addition to this it seemed to have some weak points while burning. But even still i was pleased with it and would definately order again!

I purchased these to make gifts for my friends for christmas. They were exactly what I was looking for, the sizes did range, two were pretty large and one was a bit smaller. So if you order these know you may get a range of sizes, but they are great quality!

I've been purchasing basswood from Amazon since 2013, it is now 2024 and the size is so misleading what they Re now calling a medium is exactly a small l, so oddly shaped. People do not waist ur money on this. This is not the first time, purchase this somewhere else!!!!!!

These are the more rough / not clear surface version. When you open the box, they are not individually packed like the Walnut Hollow brand usually is. If you don't mind the extra marks (dark colors on the plane surfaces) on the surface, these are fine. If you are looking for the artistic ready surface, these are not them.
