Osprey Men's Farpoint Men's Travel Pack Backpack (pack of 1)

This is all you need. Just about big enough for short trips, or trips to hot climates, this is a great bag. I used this bag alone for a 1 month trip to Vietnam and the bag delivered in fine style. You see, the bag is all you need, just enough, without being too big. I had to plan my kit list well, with consideration to survive for a month out of this one bag. And it went well. I figured if I need anything that I have not packed.... I will buy it very cheaply in Vietnam. Other people on the trip were lugging and struggling with their big bags. I really appreciated this one small bag. The feature that covers the straps was super handy on an internal flight with no overhead option. And on bigger planes it was perfect in the overhead locker. You know I must of saved more than the bag cost in luggage fees.... on one trip. Internally it is well organised, and I appreciated the compression straps for snugging everything down.

Great backpack, after a couple of years of non stop back pack world travel, it’s still in great condition. I use both the straps for carrying and then pack them away in the zip up, fold up, tidy hide away for inside the plane. I have used this as carry on luggage only, never been stopped, measured or weighed in two years, even though it’s compliant :) Looks good and feels good quality. It’s light, and I can carry everything I need and get the pack to 7kg all up. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase. The only thing I would change after using this now for nearly 2 years, is that I purchased the backpack with the side pocket for a laptop (which it is excellent for). After travelling for 1 year the laptop got left at home and I swapped it for an iPad. Now after two years, I’m just using a phone for everything. So unless you’re a digi nomad, if I was buying it again, I’d choose the backpack without the side pocket for (very slightly) more internal room for clothes etc.

I took this bag with me on a flight/plane as a cabin bag (to go in the overhead bin). I didnt over fill it but it still had changes of clothes and was full without being stretched. It fit perfectly in the overhead bin on my ryanair flights and finnair flights. Went for a few nights to northern finland to see the norther nights and sleep in a glass igloo and it held everything I needed with ease. The comfort of the bag was surprising too. Ive always used basic school bag type bags, but this is a whole level above. I can see why its used for hiking and things. The side panels that come out around your side are very comfortable but I kept them folded in mostly as I wasnt walking for long periods of time with the bag on. However when the side parts are used and the chest strap, it feels like you're getting a comfortable hug and feels perfectly shaped to the body. I was skeptical and I didnt like the higher price for a bag to take on occasional trips, but I'm very very glad I bought it because the quality is very high and it seems very sturdy. The zips are also silky smooth. It feels like a bag that is going to last me years and that can be used for anything I'll need. Don't buy cheap and regret, buy quality and have a lasting product :)

Fantastic quality bags for travelling. Loads of room inside, comfortable to wear and never been refused by an airline to take on board as hand luggage.

Best back packing bag I’ve ever used

Very comfortable! Had to purchase packing cubes for better compartmentalized and compact organization inside which comes with an extra cost.

Good backpack. The internal organization is superb, I can always find extra space for everything!

Love it. Well made. It’s a pity you can’t detach the inner laptop protector. It does take up quite a lot of internal space

Outstanding bag..used it a lot meanwhile. I only broke by accident a plastic part to close the belt on your hips and I don’t know if and how to replace it. So if there is a solution it would be wonderful

I recently had a trip to Mexico that included taking some very budget airlines for in country flights. Those airlines had very restrictive carry on policies, so a normal roller bag would have been an issue. I bought this to get around that, and it quickly became a favorite bag of mine. I was able to stuff so much clothes and other things in here, with the compression straps keeping it smaller that it felt like it should be. The rolling was super smooth, even over the very bad sidewalks we found in various parts of Mexico. And it stood up without being tippy, no matter how much stuff I had in there. As for the backpack portion, I do wish the straps were removable so I could save on weight, but they are nicely zippered away so they don't get in the way at all.

Il mio compagno di viaggio. Inseparabile. La qualità è ottima. Il peso è bel distribuito e non pesa neanche dopo lunghi percorsi o se tenuto tutta la giornata. Capienza ottima per un viaggio anche di 2 settimane. L'apertura laterale a valigia è una caratteristica utilissima e imperdibile. L'ho utilizzato tantissime volte come bagaglio da cappelliera nei viaggi internazionali

Schöner Osprey Rucksack in gewohnt guter Qualität. Material, Reißverschluss und Räder machen einen haltbaren Eindruck. Durch die Rollfunktion ist das Volumen natürlich etwas kleiner als bei dem Fairview Handgepäck-Rucksack. Preislich finde ich den Rucksack relativ teuer; hoffe er ist genauso durable wie die anderen Osprey Produkte.

Sac de très bonne qualité agréable à porter pendant des randonnées et avec beaucoup de rangement, sa taille permet de passer en bagage cabine dans beaucoup de compagnie aérienne.
