Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch Makeup Primer, 0.5 Oz

Attention all TARTE timeless, smoothing primer bands… I have for many years been on the hunt for a due for that product because it seems to me like they’re discontinuing it they’ve gotten rid of the larger size and then they’ve marked up the travel size to $42 and now I refuse to buy it even though it is absolutely the best primer ever on the faces earth because not only does it fill in pores. It also keeps you from sweating through your makeup and it fills and wrinkles. It’s the only one on the market that fills and wrinkles by the way until I started searching and believe you me the last place I would’ve thought to look was Clarence because I usually associate Clarence with really good skin care and lip oils. However, I got a tub of this a while back from Ulta and now I’ve just placed an order for a second one that should be in today from Amazon and this is the only thing on the market that is line for line ingredient by ingredient equal to or actually better than that OG primer that got me through so many years. So if you’re in need of a primer, that is not just one of these we wanna be primers that so-called blurs pores or whatever but actually fills them and makes them disappear on contact and also gets rid of the crows feet around your eyes and the smile, lines, and the dips on the sides of your nose then look no further I’ve even been known to use this stuff to pack in underneath my eye where I’ve now look like I have dark under eye circles, but it’s actually a dip from aging and what the trick is with this one and with the TARTE primer is you want to take the smallest amount and you want to press it in not rub it press it into any area you’re wanting it in specifically targeted there once you press it in allow it to set for a couple of minutes and it is almost like using spackle prior to painting. You will not get that stuff off. It will last all day and you will look 20 again and not even know how this is great for special occasions. It’s great if you are working makeup artist and you want something in your kit that’s gonna blow the mind of like older folks who are afraid to wear makeup because they’re afraid it may make them look older. It’s just great to have as an all-around primer. I’m so glad I found this one because I thought that when tart started backing off and not stocking that primer like they should, and then they completely got rid of the giant vile of it and only had the travel size and then they jumped the price up for the travel size up to almost $50. I really got upset and I thought well one of these primers on the market surely must be like it maybe the smash box? Or what about the benefit? There has to be something on the market that would be comparable right?? No!!! However, if you want something that not only is comparable to that primer, but also out performs it in every single respect look no further and I think I would applaud them 1 million times absolutely because they even keep the price point fair and I am so so grateful for that so if you’re in need of a good primer, whether or not you’ve ever tried the tart primer if you are overall just frustrated with buying primers that promise to erase pores and then on the bottle you read that it really only promises to blur pores, and it doesn’t even do that… Try this one and then follow my directions and you were gonna be so pleased. You will be buying this primer every day for the rest of your life or lol not really that often actually last a good while so you’ll be buying this product always however long it takes you to stock up again and as for me, it’s usually about two months or so because I use it every single day

I've been using this product since 2006 and now at 77 people think I look much younger. It really works to smooth wrinkles and helps cover dark circles.

I've been looking for a new primer and was surprised this one worked! A little goes a long way. Best to warm up in your palm before applying to face. Because so little is used, the jar will last a long time. I noticed it hides my large pores, has a matte finish, and makes my make up stay put for a long time. Even in humid weather my makeup didn't budge or smudge! It's not shine proof though. My t-zone still gets oily and shiney. It would be great if it had spf. But it doesn't.

I am giving this product a 3 rather than a higher rating because I have only used it for a short while and it is too early to see much difference in my skin and the wrinkles.

Love this I've tried tons and tons of primers either watery thick don't look good but this actually makes my face feel and look softer came with a little spoon to scoop out instead of using finger I have not tried with makeup yet but it looks good even without foundation but just by the texture of my face I can tell will still be good with foundation I would given a 5 if jar was a little bigger for the price I was hoping it would have been bigger but it's still bigger then other brands but I like fact that my face looks better even without using any makeup and I have dry combo aging skin and it doesn't settle into lines or wrinkles.

Perfecting perfection! I was truly impressed by this product. The smoothing and blurring are better than anything else that I’ve tried- and I’ve tried a LOT. My foundation stays put and doesn’t accentuate fine lines. This is a bit pricy but you needn’t use a lot and it’s worth every penny.

Clarins delivers! The smoothness provided around eyes and mouth areas are incredible!

Have used this product for a few years. It covers the imperfections, like large pores, very well and leaves my skin looking finer textured without any obvious trace of itself. It creates a good base for additional makeup but I often use it alone with maybe a little blush for a very natural look.

Excellent produit, ( aide beaucoup) ne fait pas de miracle pour une femme de 70 ans, mais cache beaucoup les rides de la bouche.
