I'm a probation officer so I use this to keep a quick reference of each client I supervise. Each pocket holds a client's doc w their rules and expectations So when I meet with them I can quickly reference what they are working on along with any other important forms I may need to quickly access. It definitely helps to keep me organized. This is not bulky and papers can easily slide in and out of pockets when I need to add/ switch/ remove clients. I keep it with me at all times to keep their info confidential.

I purchased this for work to keep my vendor invoices and miscellaneous receipts in. I have a tab for each of my vendors and this works perfectly to help me keep all of that organized. I love the multiple colors and the customizable, printable tabs that come with it are great! I created a custom front cover which slides right into the front pocket. I had been looking for something like this for a long time and hadn't found exactly what I wanted. A coworker had this and when I saw it I knew I had to have one! I will be purchasing one for each year to keep track of all these invoices and I'm always looking for other things I need to organize that I can use this for as well. The folder holds up well with daily use and being thrown in my work bag.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A spiral notebook made of pocket folders to help me keep my student plans organized. Love the transparent pocket on the outside to put my schedule and important numbers. And the zipper pocket in the back keeps pencils and sticky notes easily accessible. The pockets are transparent and cut on the diagonal to help prevent things from falling out. I do think the coil is too small. It's 1/2 inch - making it thinner than the thickness of all the pockets on the outer edge. It should be at least 1 inch to accommodate papers being tucked into the folders.

These are so easy to use and help me organize my life. I love them for recipes to try, the different libraries I go to, sort class papers, organize larger projects, separate topics I am currently working on... Gets papers off my desk, but not lost or misplaced. (I can't be the only scatter brain out there.) I first used them to keep my bank accounts straight when I was moving and had accounts in my maiden name in one state and my married name in the other. It made the transition so much easier and nothing got left behind. My sister borrowed a couple for wedding planning. She loved them, too. In fact I'm having trouble getting them back from her. She keeps repurposing them.
