Excellent product to give both high and low level connections to my REL HT1510. Easy set up, superb performance. Very happy.

The media could not be loaded. Honestly kills me to give Rel a 2 star review on anything. They make truly great subs and their customer service has always been top notch. They will even answer you through YouTube comments typically within 24 hours. It's crazy.That being said, it is completely unacceptable to receive any $300 product like this. The box outside did not have a single dent on it so it wasn't the delivery person. The video speaks for itself. This was about 5 minutes after I opened it. I was so shocked that I found myself Googling like an idiot, "does the Rel Airship 2 transmitter have any loose parts inside?" smh I mean of course the answer is no. I'm just super flustered and upset right now. Now I have to go return this before Rel will send me another one.Anyway maybe I'll be able to update my review later. Only reason it's not 1 star is because this is my first bad experience with Rel and I've been a longtime customer
