Accessorize your patio or garden with the Granite Bench, a classic customer favorite. A charming addition to your outside space, this bench features a polished seat that offers a refined contrast to the stone's chiseled edges. The bench is made with granite and chiseled into this perfect piece. Please note any rock or stone formations may have natural variations in color and size. Review: Nice looking bench - Bench looks nice. Hired a guy to set it for me, on two little concrete blocks. I might have gotten โgoldโ color if I did it again given my house color, but the blue/grey is very nice. Review: Terrific Granite Bench but heavy and requires professional help - The granite bench is exactly what we wanted and it's terrific in every way -- quality, color, size. However, it is not an easy item to receive and install: it comes in a large, heavy [and very well packed!] crate that the delivery truck driver leaves at your door [in my case, driveway, outside a gate]. From there the 3 heavy pieces [two legs and the top] need to be moved to their intended location - a task for a professional. Fortunately, after I called desertcart Service the person I spoke with [Kylie] was very helpful and she located a local contractor [I'm in LA] who understood the job and agreed to do it the day after the scheduled delivery. He was perfect for the job and wall went smoothly. However, there certainly was a period of uneasiness when I contemplated having a large crate sitting in my driveway for a long time. So, the bottom line is that this is a terrific granite bench -- it will outlast my house, as the contractor put it -- but it requires planning and the right assistance to get it moved and installed.

pieces falling off
sides are rough and pieces are falling off. Also no grooves on the underside of bench to keep feet in place.

Very nice bench; one minor defect.
Really a nice bench. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the dimensions of the 2 support pieces were different enough that, if you set it on a smooth flat surface, you can definitely see it lean, but not by a horrible amount. I would guess it could be fixed using shims in a way that wouldn't be too noticeable. We put ours on the ground and it was easy to adjust just be digging out a little under one of the supports. I obviously have no way of knowing how common this kind of defect is likely to be. Ours may be a very unusual case as far as I know.
