This is a really good hair oil! It definitely has some heft to it (rich feeling) but not too heavy. It has that amazing African Pride signature smell and it is perfect for low-porosity 3c/4a hair. It absorbs well into the hair. A little goes a long way. It’s such a great alternative to the Amika starfruit oil without the cost!Best benefit, it is formulated without harsh chemicals.

Doused my hair and put on a cap and went to bed. Woke up the next day and my hair was curly without frizz or any other products and stayed that way even with my playing with it numerous times. This has never happened and it was one of the first times my hair has stayed down all day. Feels weightless and smells great; I've received many compliments! I like the large bottle size and the way the cap screws. My hair did not get greasy until about day 4.

I am in love with this oil!!I've been using it for the past 2 weeks and its done wonders for my hair health.Its summer now and the humidity has been going crazy!I have type 3 hair - corkscrew spirally type hair and this product has helped tame the frizz and reduce the amount of tangles I get (because hair getting tangled overtime due to your movements throughout the day is inevitable).And of course you have to take into account HOW you use this produce too - the final end result heavily depends on your hair routine (like do you incorporate this as a pre-shower massage oil, do you add this in before this and that product, etc..)What has been working for me is using this oil after I shower. I do my thing and comb my hair, get out the shower, apply on damp hair and incorporate throughout starting from roots down, then add in my choice of hair cream making sure to apply it more on the length of my hair instead of on the roots where I believe is not needed). I think this oil does well in locking in the moisture my hair needs on top of giving it necessary nutrients (it advertises it right in the title of the product - Castor, Grapeseed, Argan, Coconut & Olive Oil, Seals in Moisture & Adds Shine, Vitamin E (typed it all down here so you don't need to scroll all the way up haha).Anywhooo it does what it says it does. I am very satisfied with this product and I'll probably will make this one of my 'subscribe and save' products - that's how much I like it. Love this oil. I use this oil all the time and I will be getting another bottle. I use this almost every night to relax my scalp after having my hair up all day. It smells really good too. The smell is very addicting. For me, it's hard to tell whether or not I've had any growth while using this product, but it's really nice and doesn't leave your hands feeling sticky after use.

Makes my hair, soft and manageable no heavy oil and I love the way it night. It is worth the price.

First, this oil smells SO good. But I bought it for the combination of oils that I was looking for. Well, most of them. I add a little jamaican black castor oil but not enough to make a big change in the smell or the lightness of the oil. I've been using it for a few months and it's keeping my scalp from drying out. It doesn't make my scalp itch and did I mention the smell? It's a keeper!

I use this product all the time. The oil leaves my hair soft and moisture locked in. A little goes a long way. Great price for this size! Arrived well packaged and shrink wrapped. I am very pleased.
