This bird bath is absolutely beautiful, the pics don't do it justice. The seller sent me an email after I purchased asking if everything was okay, which I've never had happen before, usually you have to track them down. I replied that it was leaning a bit to the side. They responded immediately! I did figure out that I must have bent it a little as I was putting it on because I just needed to bend it a little to the other side and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Broken bracket and sits crooked. I would've returned but I missed return window by 10 days. Be sure to check it over really good before return date runs out.Update: seller saw my review and is sending me a new one,so I changed it from 1 star to 5. How many sellers reach out to you and send a new product at no extra charge. Very good service.

This is the third one of these that I have purchased. The first one arrived damaged. The knob used to tighten the clamp to the handrail was bent to the point of being unusable. I returned it and the seller send another that worked well.I liked it because it is much easier to clean than a plastic watering dish. It is also better for the birds and the environment. I ordered a second one the knob on the second one was also bent but it could be slowly be bent back to be able to use which is what I did.Later I ordered a third one. This allows one for a fountain to be added and the other two act as bird baths. When the third one arrived it was immediately apparent they had changed the design which at first glance appears to be a good thing and part of it was. The knob has been replaced with a T handle which works great. The problem is they have a post which is supposed to slid down into a receiving unit and it doesn't fit. The post diameter is larger than the receiving area. Not all is lost, the plastic piece in the receiver can be popped out and I used a screwdriver to do that. I put the post in the receiver but there is a lot of slop in it. I used some flat skewers to wedge between the post and the receiver. The slop is gone and it works. I do hope the manufacturer see this and makes the necessary correction because my guess is the post diameter is about 1/16 of an inch too big to go into the receiver. You can't pound it in because it's plastic and will break.One other thing to note, when you put water in the bird bath it pulls it down. I used a plastic wedge to level it up by putting it under the wire piece. This fixes that issue if you prefer things to be level.

Make sure your top railing is flat otherwise this style will tip over. Railing must be flat.

Very beautiful and well constructed. Easy to attach to railing.

It clamped onto to my deck railing really well and the birds and squirrels use it all the time. It survived having 2 feet of snow on it during the winter.

It’s beautiful but after using a few months I wiped it out w a paper towel and the paint came off. This means the paint is getting in the water and is not safe for the birds.
