Perfect fit - Great Product
Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to replace my worn out keypad with a new faceplate and numbers. Perfect fit and high quality. Very easy to replace. Just be careful removing the new faceplate then there is no need to take door panels off.

Fits a 2016
My buttons were worn out so I just removed the existing one and took off the rubber buttons strip and replaced it with these. Perfect fit. Looks like new.

Worked great
Like many others the top bracket broke on my truck. I just popped the broken one out and put the old one into the new cover plate. Super easy job!

Just the Clip
I only needed the outside plastic cover/bezel as the top clip had finally broken over time (about 120,000 miles on truck) and the keypad was just hanging loose. The keypad and everything internal were all still in good working condition so I just popped the old broken cover off of the keypad and replaced it with the new cover from this unit. Popped it back into place and all is well again. Too bad we can’t just purchase the cover since the rest of the item ended up in the trash…

Take off facing and replace with new one!
Didn’t realize it was a thing until it happened to me. Walked out to my truck after getting off work and saw the keypad in the driver door side panel, was just hanging from the harness. I thought initially someone tried to break into to my truck or something , but we have cameras in the parking lot, so I know I would have told otherwise. That said, while I was driving home I was thinking out loud, how did that come off? After a few minutes of talking to myself, it hit me..the car wash! I’ve had my truck for 8 years now so I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. The I looked on line and apparently it’s not uncommon for this to occur. Not wanting to take it to the dealership and pay a fortune to replace, I looked for videos how to change it myself. Came across one that said all you had to was change the facing. So I ordered this product, took the new one off with just a flat head screw driver. Then took the old one in the truck off, then placed the new one on. Only took about 3-5 min max! Definitely saved money by doing it this way, which I highly recommend.

Good product--but don't need all of it.
Like seemingly most of the reviewers here, I didn't need the entire product--just the fascia which holds everything in place. The original fascia's top clip had snapped. This unit's metal clip was a vast quality improvement--Ford should insist on this design for their factory builds. The only thing I disliked about this is the fact that no one seems to sell JUST the fascia--you have to buy the entire keypad kit, just for the one part. I ended up tossing the actually keypad.

Great replacement key pad, however, installation... not so great!
This replacement key pad is nearly identical to the OEM and fits just perfect. No complaints whatsoever on the product. However, Ford's engineers really didn't have the DIY customer in mind when they designed the routing for the cable inside the door. It's a real pain in the you know what! So, if you ever unfortunately have the opportunity or the need to change out one of these things yourself... do yourself a favor, and jump right off a f*****g cliff! Trust me... it'll be lease painful!

Perfect Fit but there’s more
I’ve owned several F-350 trucks, all with the key pad entry, and have had the plastic top clip break on two of them. This unit has a metal top clip which should eliminate the problem in the future. But here’s the good news! If it is just the clip that breaks and your key pad still works, you don’t have to spend 3 hours trying to remove the inside door panel and the one clip that’s almost impossible to get to.Just remove the outside housing off of this new unit, remove the outside broken housing off the one in the door and swap out! 5 minute job! A thin flat head screwdriver is the only tool you need
