Front door ones. You mash the buttons until it works.

Are the keys rubber or plastic ?

Can it be used wired to keep the backlight on all the time?

I don't think so. I have had it connected to laptop USB whilst charging. The display goes off as expected. Just touch the space bar to put display illumination back on.

Does this keyboard have a sleep button to turn pc on and off? I put my pc to sleep but keyboard would not wake it

On Bluetooth you’re not going to be able to wake a PC up because the BT service needs windows to be running.
