Nice light taste, hydrates well
I was used to flavored version of electrolyte powders but was pleasantly surprised that I appreciated the more neutral taste of this one. It has a slight saltiness when mixed as directed, but not overwhelming. I can even tolerate it just fine a bit more concentrated. I have found it dissolves more quickly if I use a couple teaspoons of slightly warm water at the start and then add colder water to finish.

Regulates my orthostatic hypertension and blood volume issues
NormaLyte Pure electrolyte powder packets taste like they added electrolytes to water, but made it to where you can't really taste it much. I adjusted the WHO ORS formula in 64oz of water to mimic NormaLyte Pure packets when I ran out, and the flavor is similar but slightly more ugh. Being autistic, I can recognize the possible electrolytes flavor vs the flavoring NormaLyte used. NormaLyte Pure packets are easier to use than mixing my own solution -- not to mention way more effective, probably because there is potassium in there. It mixes well, though I notice stirring it can result in buildup on some straws/bottoms of cups, depending on the design. I buy the NormaLyte Pure bundle -- packets and capsules -- which is most cost efficient for me. Even without the bundle, it is way less expensive than spending $8.97 on a box of LMNT every single day. The bundle lasts me about a week -- and I work in retail. NormaLyte Pure has helped regulate my blood volume/sodium needs for orthostatic hypertension, giving me a LOT of my life back that I'd felt I'd lost -- I have so much more energy now! Plain water dilutes me too much. I haven't tried it yet, but I feel like I could add NormaLyte Pure packets to juice (I don't drink much juice, though), tea, etc. without much difference in flavor, for an electrolyte boost so I don't have to worry about dilution.

I really like this product.
I really like this product. In the mornings, I mix all my unflavored powder supplements together in a mug of hot water and chug it before I have my coffee. I do a scoop of collagen, a scoop of creatine, a scoop of fiber and 1/2 a tube of electrolytes (to make the bag last longer). It dissolves easily in warm water and the slight saltiness is better than any sweet artificial flavor. Awesome for traveling too, and work trips when you just don't have the time to stay hydrated. I do wish the bag was about $10 cheaper though...

THE BEST!
OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS WITH DYAUTONOMIA/POTS I HAVE TRIED EVERY OTHER PRODUCT ON THE MARKET. THOSE PRODUCTS WITH FAKE SUGAR SWEETENERS AND VARIOUS FAKE FRUIT FLAVORS NAUSEATED ME. NORMALYTE HAS NONE OF THAT AND BARELY ANY TASTE OTHER THAN WATER. I AM VERY HAPPY TO FINALLY FIND SOMETHING I CAN TOLERATE. THNAK YOU!!!

Tastes disgusting, works the best.
We laugh that this tastes like brackish water but my daughter needs rehydration salts for a medical condition. Her doctor first recommended this and we add Young Life essential oil drink drops to it. She can actually feel the difference between brands and this seems to work the most efficiently and last the longest in her system. We like that longterm she's not ingesting any flavours or colours and is calibrated and tested unlike other products with similar claims. It's easy to carry and if she doesn't have a flavour enhancer, she just chugs it down. We haven't tried their flavoured products.

Salty!
I did not realize this would make my water taste like I had poured salt into it. It is not refreshing to drink at room temperature. So now I have to put my water with this in it in a different category than “water.” It’s now “something I need to drink.”

Great product
Dissolves great! Doesn’t leave particles suspended in your drink, even if it’s cold. Has no flavor to it, just the expected saltiness. Mixes well into hot or cold liquids. Packets are easy to take with you

Exactly the Hydration I Need
I have trouble staying hydrated, so I used to drink Kinderlyte every day. A few weeks ago I just couldn’t make myself choke down any more bland stevia water. I looked for alternatives, and this was a clear winner. No stevia or flavoring, just hydration salts. It uses dextrose to help with absorption, which is important for me. I had elevated liver enzymes a few years back, and my liver specialist advised me to reduce the levels of processed fructose in my diet. I followed his advice and now my levels are perfectly healthy. One of the most common sources of processed fructose is what we usually call sugar (sucrose). Sucrose is a disaccharide of glucose and fructose. I can’t have it regularly without damaging my liver. Dextrose is just glucose. Luckily, dextrose is also better for absorption (the guidelines that I found for oral rehydration salts said that sucrose should only be used if dextrose/glucose is not available). It seems strange to me that you don’t see it in more often in rehydration salts. My favorite way to drink this is to mix it with warm water, Hotta’s sugar free instant ginger tea powder, collagen peptides and a bit of extra dextrose (I like modernist pantry’s version because it dissolves very easily). It makes a nice gingery broth that is warm, spicy and very comforting. Since I use it every day, it would be nice if it were a bit less expensive, but even at this price I’ll definitely keep buying it. Hopefully they don’t reformulate it and ruin it by adding fake sweeteners or sucrose!

Seems to work, but far too expensive!
Wow it seems to be helping, maybe. I bought this for my partner and he’s had it for two days, it seems to help the POTS somewhat, but it is far too expensive for what it is. I could put salt in the water and save us some. Considering it’s a US import, I guess that’s part of it and Lord knows with the current administration there we might be paying tariffs that we don’t know about on this. With this in mind I’ve looked for a local UK alternative and found one that is actually better. My partner has POTS, but also has type two diabetes so we found something called Free Soul that is local, and the flavoured versions have Stevia for a sweetener instead of sugar so he’s much better off on that. Instead of having to pay a US company for a six dose item, I am getting 30 sachets, for under £30.

Expensive
Don’t feel this product is value for money. As a result I couldn’t take it long enough to feel any effect. Very expensive .

Not value for money
Daylight robbery - £26 for 6 sachets - crazy. Just stick some table salt under your tongue and save yourself some money.
