I was hesitant to order this glass bottle. I thought for sure it would arrive in pieces. Surprisingly, it arrived intact & in pristine condition. Yay!Anyhoo, this USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC soy sauce is a PRODUCT OF THE USA!!! Yep, it's brewed & fermented in a facility in Virginia. It contains 50% LESS SODIUM than the original version. Nothing artificial has been added. The flavor is amaaaazing!

Having a gluten allergy, this product was perfect. It is a high quality sauce with organic ingredients. Great value for the size!

On a low-sodium diet and missed my Asian dishes. This is a perfect substitute for high-sodium traditional soy sauces. I take along a bottle when I go out for sushi.

Good taste

Really like this the best of the several varieties of lower sodium soy sauce I’ve tried. For me the difference is that although the sodium and thus the perception of saltiness is way less, the sauce still tastes like the traditional type. In fact I think I appreciate the flavor of the sauce more since my palette isn’t overwhelmed by salty effect.

My wife is gluten free. I am on heart meds which include low sodium recommendation.This product lets us continue to eat Asian food or any umami dependent recipe without worry.
